Notice the two bidders; most likely they are shills for seller driving the price up in hopes that a sucker will come along and bite at the end. There are a few sellers of discs on Ebay that use this practice.

I lost my Glo TL that was my first ace ever, in the pond at Cedar Hill if anyone want to sell me one.

there are ~600 total pink baby rocs, so unless there's some idiot out there who throws ONLY 174 g discs, that baby roc would be one of the less desirable of all the pink discs produced, since there are far less pinks in the other molds/stamps. just because you think it's a rarity, it doesn't mean that it is. :D

First I would like to tell everyone,Mr Poole called me on the 15th,the day it was up,when I had it for $600.00.He asked me if I wouldn't mine that the disc was put on E-Bay for the BETTER cause of EDGE.It took me 2 min's. to think about,I told him I had no problem with that.To let you know my bid was $1515.15 (that's my lucky # 15)so you would of had to place a bid of 1540.20 to take it from me.By me letting it go on E-Bay cost me 700.00 plus dollars?WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR DISC GOLF LATELY ;)?I supported EDGE(BIG TIME) .You were right K.Mc,it went for more than $1000.00.It's for the younger golfers out there and if we don't have them what are we going to have?We should all support kids in disc golf.It mite go along ways someday.I would say that's my .02 cents but I don't have it,I got to pay for a ROC. :D

Why do you list Champion Rocs as CE Rocs in your eBay auctions?

I was told these are considered the CE Rocs. Everyone here mentions them as CE. I guess my future listings I will correct them. I just edited my most recent post here. Sorry for the confusion Sue. Thanks for correcting me.

Everyone pretty much calls them ce rocs, because they are special and limited to production once a year for the USDGC

It could stand for Champion Edition, or Collectors Edition :eek:

I've never had a delivery problem for 4 years until recent where a ebay buyer that had a couple negatives for feedback explained they didn't receive there disc. They didn't pay for insurance. I hate being the mean person but were not responsible if you don't buy insurance.

Am I wrong people? Any thoughts?

I have learned to always ship via a trackable method (UPS Ground is my preference) to avoid such sticky situations. In this case (particularly considering the neg feedback) I'd feel bad, too, but the buyer is SOL.

I just sent off a disc package yesterday. USPS Priority Mail came to $5.30, I added delivery confirmation for only $0.50 more. Seemed like a pretty decent price to get a tracking number.

What other options do you regular traders use? Trading pros have any good tips (sending or receiving) for newbie traders like me?

This auction is for a single deck of the infamous PDGA Disc Golf Poker Cards. These deck of cards are made by Gemaco, and are produced on Casino Pro coated stock. They are the same quality of cards that Gemaco produces for casinos around the world.

The back of this deck has the 2006 Texas States Disc Golf Championships logo, surrounded by smaller PDGA, National Tour and Houston Flying Disc Society logos in a black background.

On the front of each of the 52 cards (plus the 2 Jokers) are high quality photographs of 54 of the top named disc golfers from throughout the world. In addition, there are two blank cards, one is a double sided card with the Texas States logo'd back on both sides. When I find someone doing something similar to my work its really a complement to me, so thanks :D

I dont have any kind of plotter at all, and actually I have looked into buying one in the past. But, most of the plotters out there cannot do what I do on discs. Especially when we get into the really intricate designs I produce. That is why I never got into plotter usage, I can do so much more without it!!! Sure, it may take me a little longer(and you longer to get it), and the price will reflect that, but you get what you pay for. Well to the common eye people may think they look like yours but that was not my intention. You see I like to provide any type of work or design. Believe it or not but the majority of those were done by hand and not a plotter like others and yourself think.

Do any of these designs , eventually fade out in the sunlight ?

I would think so. Any dyed disc will fade with time and wear. I have a bunch discs that J-Bird did that have faded through time and wear.

I know a guy who was putting with Ed's ashes putter for a while. My set is still hanging in the basement right next to my Ed Headrick playing card.

Does anyone have a suggestion about building a uniformly lighted box for photographing discs to show off hotstamp highlights - imperfections etc. without glare or reflection? I'm beginning to sell a 20 + year collection and want to represent them perfectly.
