takes to long to reload the shotgun. You also need to shoot them in different placed to get them to go down with the shotgun as oppose to the hand gun.
Fun though

Did not realize anyone over here had seen the post or was playing the game.
Here are some tips: the beefy zombies go down with one bullet if you shoot them before they a fully up. In an emergency you can slow down the skinny zombies by shooting them in the ankle. It is easier to put up high scores on a slow running computer. Any time you clear the screen but do not end the stage, empty your revolver and reload if you only have one or two bullets left. Going to the shotgun seems like a sucker move to me.
My high score is 16/216. Jon is up to Stage 22 now.

I think that point of view is rational if you have never had any experience that cannot be explained by reference to science and the material world view. It is simply an overgeneralization flowing from the author's impoverished spiritual experience.

you mean an experience with no easy or simple answer at hand..."Well i guess it was god, what else could it be." and then " yes, it was god. Absolutely it was!" and then "you dont believe me? well than you 're evil!" and then years down the road when the answer is solved by science,"whatever, I needed a convenient answer at the time and i had One!" and then "wait, whats that...I dont know...how could it happen(drop rationality), it was god!"

Look in the 5th gallery........at the 4th picture(golden retriever). What does Matilda have in her mouth?
lauranovice
Jun 16 2005, 03:58 PM
I know from having a couple dogs that Matilda has a doggie throwing toy in her mouth. It is soft, with the green outer ring and a black circle in the middle. She is swimmng with it collapsed, with both sides wadded up in her mouth. It is a training toy for working up to a Frisbee dog. Because it is completely soft, some trainers suggest using it and working up to the harder edged doggie discs. Before learning about disc golf, I tried to teach my dog to catch discs. I quickly gave up, however, because she always tried to catch with her hands (front paws) rather than her mouth...something about not realizing she is a dog, I think.
What did you think it was, John?

very cool.
but I dont get how the tires roll up the ramp
Jake L
Jun 28 2005, 01:17 PM
That is a cool ad.
My guess on the tires; They were weighted.
The tires on the incline have a weight at the top of the tire, balancing them in place. When hit, the top weight causes the tire to roll forward and up the ramp. Must be a good amount of weight. There had to be a 'stopper' so the tires could not roll back also.
You can see the tire in the last part rocking back and forth on the incline. Thats the only way I can think of that it would work.
very nice deduction- i think you have it pegged. Thanx!

Those that can afford to purchase a Hummer can afford the gas.
As far as the Tax savings.
You have to purchase it under your companies name. I could do it and what you really are doing is moving up the depreciation up to year one. It does save you a little (as much as $16,500) if you are in a 30% tax bracket.
You can also purchase most SUV's and full size pick up trucks to get the tax savings. (I am not sure if you will be able to do it again this year)

Come on now Jeff, you know you can't just give us part of the story without the beginning or a more up to date information.
I'll be adding more to the website as I get the time to type it.
Today I'll add some Motions I filed earlier this week.
As far as the beginning. It goes back two years, and it basically revolves around how the Big Bank has mismanaged my son's assets, and how they (and the Judge) have violated Federal law in regards to my son's social security survivors benefits. The Big Bank has been bad and the Judge hasn't held them accountable. I caught them both violating Federal Law, and now they are trying to worm their way out of it. The issues are much bigger than the restraining order stuff on my website.
I have a local First Ammendment expert who told me he'd host a website for me so I could have another forum to express my outrage at the audacity of the Big Bank.
What's any of this have to do with disc golf? It all started right after the 2003 USDGC. I'd had a pretty good 2003. Two Amateur World Championships, turned Pro, went to Pro Worlds and the USDGC. I was very excited about 2004, and my future... I struggled through my first few battles with the Big Bank. It really took a turn for the worse when I was at the 2004 Des Moines Classic. I found out that Saturday night that the Big Bank was asking the Judge if they could sell our house. Because of estate issues related to my wifes death I knew thay couldn't sell the home. I had to spend a lot of money and time fighting that one, and I won. Now I'm trying to get the rest of their mess cleaned up. The result is I don't get to play many tournaments, my player rating has dropped over 20 points, and I'm a shell of the man I used to be. :D

Man if she would have missed?

That would have been funny :(
If you pause the video you will see she is in front of the hoop and not in the hoop. The sound made as she passed through sounded like a basketball; it was short and sharp. A human body would have made a series of sounds. Also her body would have slowed down as she passed through which it did not. Lastly, the acting and dialogue seemed contrived.
Cool video though!

Try this one Jeff. You may appreciate it.
My Great Uncle passed away several years ago. He had no heirs so he left his farm to his four nieces and nephews. Now he had his lawyer draw up a trust to take care of his wife. He was the executor of the will and the trust to take care of my Great Aunt.
Ok, according to the Trust, we (the heirs) could not touch or benefit from the farm in any way. All income from the farm went to the Trust to take care of my Great Aunt.
But for some reason, this HomeTown Lawyer had my Great Aunt dissolve the trust and she took her widowed 1/3rd (Tennessee law, she was technically not in the will) This Lawyer thought it was in her best interest???? Or did she tell him to do it. We will never know.
However, he took out a loan on part of the land for $10K to not only pay the funeral expences, but to pay himself several thousand dollars. We had to pay for him to cut out 1/3 for my Great Aunt?????
And he is still in control of the land.
Needless to say, we hired my Dads old high school buddys law firm to dissolve the trust and help us form Valley View Partners with both my Mom and her sister as the managers of the farm. (they both now live about 5 miles away from it)
In all, not only did we have to pay the HomeTown Lawyer over $5K, but it cost us about another $7K to dissolve the trust. It took us years to pay that off, we had to borrow money again to pay take care of it.
We talked about sueing the HomeTown lawyer, but our lawyer said it would be hard and no lawyer likes to sue other lawyers. It would have cost us as much to sue as we could sue for, so the HomeTown lawyer got off scott free.
In all, we all have our own lives, My sister and her Husband (a former Accountant who currently does our books) lives in Coppell and he is a Minister for Valley Ranch Baptists Church. My two cousins both live in the Nashville area, my cousin works for Nextel and now has 3 kids. My other cousin is a schoolteacher and her Husband works in a bank. We city folks own a farm in Houston County Tennessee. Part of the land is forest. It should be ready to cut in about 10 more years. About the time all of our kids start collage.
As it is, the farm brings in a little money each year. We have had some expenses to keep the creek from eroding in to our main field. In all we get about $1K per year around Thanksgiving. (when we meet for our yearly meeting) It is a nice asset to have. Something you can fall back up on. None of us have talked about selling or dissolving the farm yet.

Bryan,
Funny you should bring that up.
I was not in my wife's will either. We were only married ten months. I have what is called a "curtesy interest", also 1/3, but the bank and the Judge have illegally forced my assignment of curtesy- essentially doing the same thing your great-aunts slimeball did. This was also illegal, and I'll eventually get it straightened out, but what a bunch of bozos.
I have so many more examples of what they have done illegally, improperly, and unethically.
I'm glad to see your family was able to somewhat get your mess straightened out.

YOUR AGE BY BEER MATH
This is pretty neat.
DON'T CHEAT BY SCROLLING DOWN FIRST!
It takes less than a minute .
Work this out as you read ...
Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it out! This
is
not one of those waste of time things, it's fun.
1. First of all, pick the number of
times a week that you would like to have beer (more than once but
less
than 10)
2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)
3. Add 5
4. Multiply it by 50 -- I'll wait while you get the calculator
5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1755 .... If
you haven't, add 1754.
6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.
You should have a three digit number
The first digit of this was your original number ( i.e., how many
times
you want to have beer each week).
The next two numbers are
YOUR AGE! (Oh YES, it is!!!!!)

Those kinds of magnets are just plain cool. No other reason is needed to buy them. :)
These magnets sound mean!
WARNING: if you mess with TWO large neodymium magnets, you are bound to pinch your fingers if you let them come together. This REALLY HURTS, it's like pliers. Also, you should wear safety glasses, since when two big NIB magnets slam together, they tend to launch tiny chips at high velocities. I've had 3/4" magnets acidentally fall together and be completely shattered. The things are brittle! LARGE MAGNETS NOT FOR UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN! For kids, use NIB magnets under 1/4" across.
Always keep magnets away from computers, floppy disks, credit cards, wind-up watches, etc. I've erased several credit cards by accidentally passing an NIB magnet near my pocket, or letting one fall into my lap.
