Good luck to all. I lost in a way I've never lost before. My opponent landed by the practice basket on his hole 18 t shot (our last hole). Guess what..... It was safe. Oh well . Thanks for running it Duff.

Must be present to win? Wow this event is getting even better. Amazing.

Maybe there will be another drawing tomorrow and everyone who lost can drive back up there, even from OKC. Then we could layup on 18 by the putting basket. Stop by the table for the drawing (could actually throw there since it's safe) and then finish the hole. Sounds fair to me.

Charlie Chung and I played out first match he hung tough 7 and 6 though.

Wow tough match for my 2nd today. Gary Harrison.
Gary and I should have been a 4th or 5th round match. :P

We were 7 under thru 16 end up in Playoff.
We were 2 under thru 4 in playoff and I bogey #5 to hand it to Him :P
Oh well, I played well, Gary just played better.

No I wasn't staying just for a chance for the TV. Just not worth it to me.

You won the tv. They drew your name first, then mine. I must say even with all of this craziness I really do appreciate Duffs time. I made some poor decisions when I was a young td as well.

It takes time to figure it all out. There are a ton of things you do better than well Duff. There really are and how the td wants to run things is how it goes.

Had an amazing time, Justin pushed me all over the 1st rd. Had to come through on a playoff. Then Wise got 2 up on me I fought back and missed a chainout on 11 for the tie. After that it was all over. Thank you very much for the Beer and Coke Duff. I had my share thats for sure.

WOW.. what a great day for golf, and the Oklahoma wind didn't disappoint!! Match play at McClure with some of the best disc golfers around...awesome! Thanks to all that made it out. The event however didn't fill. Tag # 112 played in the tournament.hmmmm.

Did the td say lower tags win ties like we said must be present to win? Yep.... But changed his mind on ties to to be fair. Mmmmm. Well at least that was changed to be fair.

i made it a point to ask the td if one must be present to win a tv.
i was a one and done player, then i competed in the losers bracket that was formed .
my family was there and i could have gone home but the potential of a drawing held me fast.

I played good enough to win, just had some unfortunate hops on Key holes... I.e. hole 12. Landed by basket and skipped back into tree and down. Like I said i just got in a birdie fight and didn't cash enough of them in. Major respect for Wise, I just caught him 1 round to early, lol. The bag tag challenge was a blast and held some good drama. Sammy won hole 4 against me with an ace! Nice playing on Gary's part to get the 3rd place trophy - it was a beauty (and looked like it was heavy enough to work out with). Another great Dough event!

the thing that really p*ssed me off about last year is not the fact that people squatted on low numbered tags, "forgot" them at home or in their glove boxes so they wouldn't lose them, or were scared to take on a side-challenge. Everyone was clamoring to get a "top-64" tag just so they would automatically be in the match play tourney. we only had 48 people show up for the match play! SIXTEEN people got a bye into the second round! If you're gonna squat, then effin' show up at the end, ok!!!!

and i still lost to a guy with an injured throwing arm!

IMO... Tags should be made neutral. I think Dig Dug is just doing this to get in the skin of OU fans. Next year maybe we can divide the tags into Gold, Silver and Bronze level tags. I wouldn't have thought he would have made them all look like OSU colors but yeah, he went there.... (Shakin' my head). His money his tourney so I guess we will all just have to suck it up, THIS TIME. Next year is a different story even if I have to fund the tags myself.

On the other hand, If there are 38 tags that have been "altered" are you really going to kick 38 players out... I don't think so! Better be willing to back up your words.

Should one or the other pop up beware of the Moose charging out of the woods to rip it to shreds and stomp out your camp fire.

OSU fans are encouraged to camp on the north west side of the mountain for a nice view your SC Mike Treat's house in Sand Springs. Word is Matt and Andrew will be putting on a great fireworks display out of their Dad's back yard.

OU fans should camp on the southwest side of the mountain as they can see Bob Stoops house from there.

TU fans are welcome to take prime spots and camp anywhere because this is your house and all these other fans are just squatters. :)
