Funny, I can't think of anyone else whose attendance has disrupted the meeting.

Whatever your dad told you he sure didn't tell me. Maybe he just can't type that fast. Maybe you guys should tape the meetings? I'll loan you my tape recorder. :)
I thought I did good the other night but it's evident that some people are only willing to listen to new business as long as it doesn't interfer with getting home in time to watch "Dancing with the Stars". ;)
How do you know I was drunk?
How do you know I didn't just smoke a big blunt in the car before I showed up? Would that be acceptable to you?
How do you know I wasn't overdosing on Prozac at the time?
I imagine that now days probably %50 of the population has some type of dependancy whether it be legal or illegal. In DG I would say probably %75.
I know people do illegal things at CS so should I call the cops on them next year because they are not "acting properly"?
Like I said, as a TD I was there to pay for the discs I took out of the TDSA inventory but the guy who held the receipt I signed was not there and I'm not going to pay until he produces it. I told you guys that at the last meeting. Had I known he wasn't going to be there then I would have stayed home and played music with Lil'Moose.

Whatever your dad told you he sure didn't tell me. Maybe he just can't type that fast. Maybe you guys should tape the meetings? I'll loan you my tape recorder. :)
<font color="blue">First off, let me acknowledge a good idea. Taping the meetings. I can do that myself, and need I remind you, you cannot even record on your tape deck. Dad is not the problem, he is a big boy and has (obviously) been handling himself since before I was around. If he had a problem he would have said something.</font>

<font color="blue">Exactly, if there wasn't anything in it for you, then you are out. That is the kind of poor attitude I am talking about. It is always all about Scott. Yeah MC. It's a new thing. You pour vodka into your AC unit and as it travels through the coils it vaporizes and is released into your vehicle or home totally clean and unscented. Some of the benifits is there is no smell or open container and instead of taking your woman to a bar,.....all you have to do is drive her around the block a couple of times and she's ready. :)

Hey leave me out of this one.

Jul 16 2008, 05:23 PM
This is not a soap opera MC. Its a cliffhanger. It is kind of like Mad magazine except its Spy vs Spy vs Spy with Twoputt being the gray spy driving the Avalanche around stirring things up. If its not against him he usually involves himself by jumping on Opies side since they have shared moments together on the course. Opie is practicing his soon to be lawyer skills by argueing his case but from what Marie tells me, it probably has something to do with all those female legal assistants he works with telling him what to do.
He is a good TD and TDSA rep but IMO he thinks the admin meeting is a courtroom where as I look at it as a house of representatives and I am a lobbyist. :)
I dont know for sure but based on his Stoner vs Drunks comment I think he is ultimate leaning toward defending home grown organizations in the agricultural field.
I believe I could have made a good lawyer but at his age I had already chosen the "stoner" route which led to no money, which led to music, which led to very little money, which led to 23 years at a real job, which led to DG, which led to beer and hard alcohol. So in reality, the way I am today is all Bud Johnsons fault. ;)
Opie, from now on you can refer to me as Otis and I'll refer to you as Barney Fiff.

I wish I had Twoputt's superhuman ability to find just the right picture at just the right time. I can't even find two pennies to post a picture of but, here's my two cents worth anyhow. One of the things I have always respected about this group is that everyone is able to vent their frustrations, openly, honestly and no matter how ugly it gets, everybody tries to end the issue on a positive note. I too have had my share of problems. In the past few years I have been taken over by the IRS, sued by the Justice Department, nearly bankrupted because of political retaliation, had leases terminated maliciously to inflict intentional harm, I could go on and on. My problems got so bad I was finally able to speak to a client of mine who is an old Harvard Law grad and he hooked me up with the Inspector General's office and we are still dealing with all of that. My point is, we have all got problems and frustrations, but the reason Deb and I are doing what we are for this community is because of the fellowship and comraderie we experience every time we are around you guys. It is just like one big family and we count ourselves fortunate to have found you guys. But, just like family, we sometimes fuss but to always seek a positive ending is admirable. Now, the reason for my two cents worth. In my opinion the TDSA is one of, if not THE best DG club in America. Having said that, I am reminded that people all over the country are reading our posts. I would like to encourage everyone to think about that sometimes when our frustrations are all too apparent on the message board. :)

Well ok Barney. Use your lawyer language and re-word that to say "donate" instead of "pay".
FREE = Better.
DONATION = Legally under the radar.
Don't forget to tell them to police their empties.
Now what about adding a free mully? :)

The regular CTP was taken by Scott Sable on hole 16 and that paid 33.
We had some Gatorade and water available, looks like people easily prefer the gatorade but I think it is still good to have that water there too...
Now if only I can get more beer...
But I don't really want to bring many more people out...
I heard that the record for a single mini is actually around 100. Which was the $500 riverside ace....who won that by the way?

Good Luck to Coda at Worlds!
And would you look at that...only a few short weeks ago The Dude hit the ace pot on hole number eight and already we are built back up.
The seed is full at $100...
And the Ace pot has slowly risen to $203 /msgboard/images/graemlins/ooo.gif :D
For those of you who don't know, now that the seed is full, all ace pot money will go straight into the ace pot instead of being split with the seed.
So look for the ace pot to start growing in leaps and bounds!
And as always, thanks to everyone who came out and played!

You want better start times, then start tipping the TD with some extra cash. My mountain is like a fine restaurant where reservations are required and you need to tip the waiter to get a good table.
Otherwise you can wait in line at the drive thru at Jack'n the Box like everyone else and maybe if you're lucky you'll get the happy meal that you can't get at home. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

The ace pot stands at $313. And I still think it won't be hit until it is maxed out at $599.
Also this is probably the point to give fair warning that starting in September (the next Dovillio mini) Pro prices will be increased from the regular $7 for everything to $12 for everything.

Why does Dave Wise play pro at Chandler but requires age protection everywhere else?
He shot 46 that would have got him a second place finish over 17 people in Open and paid $19.
Instead he "chicken little's" down to master division for first place over 3 old guys for $13.

Aug 27 2008, 11:29 AM
The question is......why does FurDog never play anywhere but the ant hill? Claims to be a course pro?
Came to Dovillio with pleanty of time to play but went home instead?
Why did I play masters? Was sick since Friday, tried to play Sunday at McClure and shot a +17. :o I just wanted a relaxed evening with the old guys and a chance to practice before this weekend. Who knew I would shoot my best round ever at Dovillio? :o:D
I think even my son could play Chandler as a pro. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Dave, I guess its like you said. IM JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY!!!! Thats right and now that Pro entries are going up I will probably be making MO-MONEY!!!!!:)
Your poor pitiful me, I was sick excuse does not fly. If you felt good enough to come out and play then you should have played Open. :o
Quit running away from the younglings unless youre admitting that the only place you can hang with them is on my mountain.
And dont bring your son into this because him playing DG might lead to him blowing off soccer which in turn means no scholarship and you might actually have to pay his college tuition if he decides not to pursue his life long dream as Head Pickle Slicer at Goldies.

Well, I'll put "Fluffy Muffy" on probation because that guy actually comes out and helps.
Twoputt on the other hand really doesn't do anything. He can't spell worth crap to help with cards and expects to be paid first when he does win so he can leave and be home in time for his beddy by. He is really not worthy of playing Open at Chandler if he can't play "Open" at all the other courses during regular mini's.
I mean think about it. If you and him went to play a casual round at Dovillio it would be a straight up cash bet. But, you both go to Dovillio during a mini and he plays master while you have to play Open.
PDGA tournies I can understand but local mini's???
What is he afraid of????....Young kids?.....He has already slam-dunked most of them already. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Do yourself a favor and look up the requirements to play Pro master, I do beleive I'm qualified and That was the division I played. Being a Master has great advantages, I can play Pro, Pro master or advanced, its my choice and of no concern to you on what my reasons were for playing Masters last night.

I know Penny but Twoputt reminds me of a Jimmy Carter peanut only once you crack his shell theres no nuts.
I guess his spin is that hes a pro master in the PDGA and by playing open in minis from time to time, he is actually moving up which is good. The only thing is that he only does that on the local level. Always at Riverside and Chandler and occasionally at the longer courses. Even on those long courses I think his decision is based on whether his dog Rocco wakes up in the morning and sees its shadow or not. :(
So lets do the math....
Casual Round + large # of young players = DW Mr. Open?
Short course mini + large # of young players = DW Mr. Open?
Long course mini + large # of young players = DW Mr. Excuse Pro Master?
Granted DW is not the only one that does this but he of all people should know better.
Its like he shows up and puts on a body rubber to protect himself from people hes already had un-safe casual golf with. ;)

Now for my next issue,......
I think the club deducting just basic membership or renewal at the time of an ace is not going to motivate anyone to become a member or renew.
I think it should be a minimum of 1/3 the total ace pot or $15 minimum.
So if the ace is $100 a non current member would only get $77. The rest goes back into the pot for next time. :)

You forget, most of my loyal followers are not PDGA members and therefore their voices of approval are silenced by the restrictive blanket of "Pay to Post".
The truth of it is, I don't think the club would really want an active membership of say, 500 or more because wouldn't you have to have a least 50% of those show up at the picnic and vote to have an official quoem and legal election?
Can you handle that question Dave or do I need to address that to "The Waynester".

Your math, Sir, is horrible (along with your idea).
I think membership should entail some benefits. Currently the only benefit is discount on plastic at minis, correct? Throw in a bag tag (not to mention actually collecting and redistributing bag tags at minis) and perhaps a special print tdsa members only mini marker or something and you might get more members.
If I somehow manage to get lucky enough to hit an ace, I would probably just become lifetime member then and there, but to force someone to give away a third of the pot to become a member is definitely a terrible idea

Ok, my math on that one is horrible but you still would have benefitted with an extra $11. ;)
I think membership should probably include a bag tag or something.
As it is right now membership does basically only offer a $1 discount on discs and a vote at the picnic.
I on occasion have also offered special benefits like a free mulley or an extra CTP throw for members only at my minis which IMO is TD discretion.
Speaking of disc prices, I have been cashing out Champion plastic at $14. I believe Star $16, Champ $14, Pro $12, & DX 8$ offer a fair value across the board and helps the Am payout at minis move quicker. I realize though that the club flyer states that candy, champ included, should be cashed at $16 so I guess I might be undercutting some of the other TDs although Im not the only one selling Champ at $14. This is probably something that needs to be brought up at the next admin meeting and hopefully I wont get kicked out for it. I believe Champ should be $14.
Getting back to club membership though I would ask why wouldnt you want to be a current TDSA member?
Why do you prefer to stand on the outside and take advantage of what the club brings to town like Am Worlds, the OO, and the GTO?
Who do you think pays for and replaces a stolen basket 95% of the time?
I can see how non-members would not like my ace pot idea because its mostly non-members or non-current that show up when an ace pot at Chandler gets over $200. :(
At the same time I guess a lot of those non-members and non-currents are helping to build the ace pot so screw it.
Idea withdrawn. :p

I have a plan for membership.
It is three point.
1. Get some sweet bagtags.
2. Monthly raffle for a sweet prize. (Random draw on TDSA numbers)
3. Only TDSA members can bank payout at minis.
And maybe another point for good luck...
4. A "Members Only Weekend" at the Lodge or something.
I think if we start doing bagtags again, and actually have a bag tag tournament at the end of the year, in conjunction with some other perks, then people will not be dissatisfied.
But at the same time, how many of these people that we give free bagtags to are actually going to come and work at Blackhawk or at the Lodge?
Probably not many. But it is still the best way to go.

I have a plan for membership.
It is three point.
1. Get some sweet bagtags.
<font color="red">Distribute them randomly amoungst the TD's so # 1 doesn't automatically go to some big arm or don't put any numbers on them at all. Then offer benefits or discounts in some way but make them show the tag to receive them. </font>
2. Monthly raffle for a sweet prize. (Random draw on TDSA numbers)
<font color="red">Nice idea but the winning member should be attending a mini to win so the TD doesn't have to hold it for months or track them down. Out of town members would have a hard time collecting though. </font>
3. Only TDSA members can bank payout at minis.
<font color="red">This forces the non-member guy who won $3 to either blow it off or come up with $5 for a disc if you don't have mini's to cash out. The TDSA needs new minis. I cash mine CS minis at $2, special dual mini's at $5 when I have them. Glow sticks at $1. </font>
And maybe another point for good luck...
4. A "Members Only Weekend" at the Lodge or something.

Well I'm not really sure if membership is worth that much anyway. If you look at the membership list you see a large percentage of people that have just came and gone.
Now days I think the club makes more money off the minis than anything else and I really don't think most members or non-members really care where that money goes as long as stolen baskets are replaced, a new course pops up every once in a while, and added TDSA cash is added to tournament pots.

furdog you said that bagtags shouldnt have a number... i think even if you aren't good enough to get the number 1 2 or 3 bag tag, there is still satisfaction in having numner 50+ and playing good and winning a 17 or something. Now you might want to try and keep people who have the number 1 tag from losing it all the time (cough Coda), but we should definitely have an active bag tag system.
i like treats ideas and i also understand the point of supporting the club just to support it without all these added benefits, but i think you can still offer benefits that aren't necessarily expensive for the club and still promote getting a club membership. all of the things andrew said were great. and like i mentioned before, if i wasnt a college student and had a nice job, i would be MORE than willing to support the club (the day will come...).
i dislike the idea of instituting the MMFMM ace pot system on all courses because it would be extremely discouraging to people just beginning or new to the town from even wanting to put in for ace pot. i feel like there is a lot of pride built up about locals hitting ace pots or members, but lets just look at it for what it is... someone (anyone) getting lucky on a certain day that they decided to put a dollar in the ace pot. who cares who it is or how many times they have contributed to it. if they get an ace, congrats and heres ur money. i know if i get my first mini/tournament ace and it was out of town, or it happened tomorrow, or if it took 5 years from now--i would still feel entitled to the full ace pot on that day. no matter how many years i had been putting a dollar in the ace pot.

I was kidding when I brought the MMFMM. The MMFMM is a OO fundraiser but because it's ace pot is based on you being there from the start to get the total payout it's kind of exclusive. I reminds me of a bunch of guys playing the same slot machine for years and keeping the new guy from winning the pot while they're away from the machine in the bathroom. ;).... :D If there was an option or way to pay to be considered %100 in then that would be nice for someone willing to pay to catch up but I think these Leprecan's are not going to leave their pot of gold open to the average newbie. ;)

How about this one? At the TFO next weekend let's have a benefit auction. It probably won't last 45 minutes but here's what I propose. Everybody that can, bring something to sell. At dinner saturday nite we will hold the auction. All of the money raised at this auction will go to benefit the players. Here's how it will work. Say Jake donates a dinner for two at Charleston's, we sell it and it brings $30. Stine does the same for Garfields, others can bring plastic, an umbrella, I don't care, anything that you think might raise a few bucks. Maybe Woody can come up with a $20 gift certificate for the tavern. At the end of the auction and we have tallied up the money, here's what we (might) do with it. Take the money and purchase a PDGA membership, a TDSA membership and so on, Then, those who have entered in this tournament will have their names placed in a hat for a random drawing for these prizes. Just bring something that you are not using anymore but you feel relatively certain that someone else will actually "purchase" it. This can be great fun and do some good. The reason I mention "might" do with it is because we will form a small committee at the tournament that will decide how to best "Give it Back". I am sure we can "twist" it around and come up with a "wise" decision, the "lodgeic" of which will not escape anyone.

Let me make it very simple..
Without the TDSA you will have to rely on the Tulsa Parks Department and Tulsa County to take care of our existing courses and add a new one every now and then.
In a very short time you are going to have McClure, Dovillio and all the other courses with 15 or 16 baskets left, and those will dwindle down as well due to no maintenance budget at the city or county.
Based on how government runs do you want to put your disc golf future in the hands of people who could care less??
Take a look at OKC, 3 courses and I question even counting Will Rogers.
All I heard all weekend from the OKC guys is how lucky we are over here to have this club. Many of them wish we could merge the two cities.
This was all established by our forefathers, McCoy, Forest, Zucconi, on and on and on..
Thanks to the hard work, and wow is that an understatement, of the volunteers for Am Worlds 2006, we are in good financial shape. The membership fees help, but we are not dependent on them to keep us going.
The mini's pay the way. Everytime you play a mini $1.00 goes to the club. The Players support this club and the club supports disc golf.
Lets say we have 120 players per week at our various mini's.
At a membership rate of $15.00 for 1 year, we would have to recruit 8 new members per week to equal that amount of money.
It is the financial circle of life for disc golfers...
I feel any push for new members is unnecessary. If you want to join then great. If you don't want to join you are still supporting "The Cause" by playing mini's..
The only real takers are the totally casual players and they aren't really taking because they don't understand what goes on behind the scenes.
They just enjoy the game and bless their little short hyzer shot hearts for that!!!
I am all for revamping the TDSA membership program but trust me it isn't going to make or break disc golf in Tulsa...

Well put, Mr. Treat...I'd like to add that I think the lifetime membership option should stay in effect. A lot of people will member up to the TDSA and never renew their membership...NEVER! So what did the club get out of that member? We made ten dollars and now you'll never see that individual again. Maybe he/she decides to quit playing disc golf or moves away, there goes that re-occurring income to the club.
Now if that person had paid a lifetime membership fee ($60?) the club just made more money off that individual than it would have had he bought a basic membership.

Sorry I missed this discussion today...here are my thoughts:
Part of my running platform, which I was elected on, was to reach out to the "new guys" the young guys around town that are well spoken and have an interest in helping keep this club in great shape.
I have reached out to a few people already that I think would be GREAT additions to the board.
These dudes have not exactly jumped on the idea, but I am confident that they will warm up to it eventually.
These are the guys I talk to about ideas, these are the guys that really feel have the right stuff for the job and I have a lot of confidence in them.
That being said, Furdog, you might want to pony up if you really want on the Admin board.
And no Penny, I do not think that only card carrying club members (ha ha, we have no cards!) help keep Tulsa running, obviously it is a cumulative effort and ever little bit is MUCH APPRECIATED!
But I think that a guy who is a member of a group should feel a certain responsibility to assist when that group struggles toward some goal or purpose.
With all that idealism aside, I think that Tulsa is in great shape as far as the future is concerned. I have come to see that my time as an Admin, which I plan on continuing to pursue, may be, historically speaking, as a bridge from one great era to another. And I am trying to do what I see as my responsibility which is gathering knowledge from the guys who keep us going now, and making sure nothing gets lost as we try and keep this good thing going...
As I just wanted to post to let inquiring minds know that, from a current admin and player's perspective, Tulsa is in good shape.
All of these little discussions and stuff are what makes us a better club than the next. There are people that read our board in an attempt to see what makes our club different from their club...
...and the only real difference, in my opinion, is the people.
We have, and thankfully have had, the right stock here in T-town.
Which brings us back to what still is, and has been, the subject of our discussion...
...Play Dovillio----It will make you better.

Good post Andrew. I agree that the TDSA is absolutely the best club in America today. I am not just saying that to be patronizing. Take us for example, we came to be involved in disc golf because of TDSA. I had an idea and made a phone call and boom, The Lodge is born. Why, because TDSA cares about disc golf. Look at Wayne Forest, a pillar of the disc golf community, Dave Wise, a savvy businessman who stayed involved with the "Team Event" discussion till he had it worked out. Now that event is a reality, thanks Dave. Kevin McCoy, jumped all over the building of The Courses here at The Lodge and got er done. Joe Rotan, brought us the TFO and put us on the map. I recently made a post about getting involved with a women's event here at The Lodge on 35 other sites that showed some activity or seemed relevant to the issue. The next day I was kicked off 9 sites, told to go somewhere else on 1 site, and told to quit "hijacking" their thread on one other. That is why I am proud to be a part of TDSA, tough issues tackled and worked out with tons of good input, fellowship, hard work, helping hand, supportive, how many accolades can I think of that apply to this group. And then there's Twoputt/Furdog, what more can I say. :D

And no Penny, I do not think that only card carrying club members (ha ha, we have no cards!) help keep Tulsa running,
I still have my TDSA membership card, it has my name and TDSA member # on it...also, I still have my lifetime TDSA dog tags with my name and TDSA number on it.
Do we not offer these two items anymore?

We've got cards but nothing as cool and impressive as one of these... :(

I don't know about the metal lifetime tags because I got mine from John Green.
I would think that maybe we could come up with a more classy bag tag for life'rs though. Maybe something engraved with color. :)

Thanks for the props treat.. The city used to replace the stolen ones, I know budget has little to do with this, its only 400.00 I tghink its the peop0le running the courses dont know the ropes, or wont ask me or the city.. Call me sometime bigdave if you are missing some metal.I think we can still get the city to buck up, because they own the material and they replace exsisting equiptmnet. Do you think they would leave a slide or swing emtpy... anyway. gottas go,, I ll be in Shea stadium next fri. :D

I wasn't upset with you Andrew or the flex start, just the inconsiderate group in front of us. We saw themn on hole 7 when we were on hole 3 and by hole 10 we had two groups sitting on the tee pad of hole 10 and they wern't even half way down the fairway on 10. Our group waited for almost 20 minutes. Then at least 5 minutes per hole after that. And it wasn't just me, everyone on both cards were biatching about it, I'm just the only one that doesn't give a shiet and will say something about it. :p

In ball golf you would just pump a drive into their group, then fake an apology about how you've never hit one that far. Then if they don't get the hint, you do it every hole thereafter until they get you tossed or move their ignorant butts out of the way.

Show up earlier? We started at 5:45.
The thing to do is for the slow fivesome to do the proper thing and either speed up or move aside. Same in ball golf buddy. ;) I guess the thing that amazed me is the group couldn't stay ahead of a total of 5 rec players, 1 woman, 1 sick guy and an old man. :o

Like I said it happens....sorry about the hold up, we probably should have let you play thru. Even with my various OB's throughout the round I thought I played pretty fast. Devan was shooting multiple practice shots which is what probably held everyone up the most. It's probably best to keep groups at 3 or 4 players simply for speed of play.
My first seven holes went like this:
Hole 1: 6
Hole 2: 4
Hole 3: 5
Hole 4: 4
Hole 6: 5
Hole 7: 4
+10 after seven holes, ouch...i pretty much gave up after that and went for nothing but ace runs.

For whatever reason, I agree that play was very s...l...o...w. It definitely felt like we were playing in a tournament, not a weeknight mini. It was still fun though...until, of course, the last five holes. I don't think fivesomes should be allowed in flex starts...just my opinion...by what do I know?!?! (Please don't take offense, TnT!!! Yes its impressive that he hit those holes but the extra shot thing has got to stop during the minis. If he wants to unload his bag, then go play a practice round. :p

The reason there were five players on some cards was not my doing but the cards themselves.
I sent out four player cards, and, a few times, people joined with them as they started rather than wait...
I foresaw a really quick round not 10 minute backups.
I called Devan, and he said he only threw practice throws on like 4 or 5 holes. But said others were doing the same...
What it comes down to is keeping the pace of a regular mini, Devan thought I was being harsh, I think, saying "quit throwing practice shots" because it is a mini and I think he has a point. It is a mini. And as far as I am concerned the only problems at minis are things that cause problems.
It was the first time in awhile that we had done a flex start and I think some of the people just went out there and had a blast playing the course and lost track of time.
It that is a big deal then we need to examine out standards.
I think this was a result of lack of communication and Wise secretly being Devan's father...!

Devan didn't throw a practice shot on every hole I never said that. He's been throwing the occasional practice shot for years, I really don't care if he does or he doesnt it's a freaking mini for crying out loud.
I think Devan's worst practice shot ever was when he hit mike barrs kid in the leg...barr was so pizzzed i thought he was going to burst a blood vessel in his face.

Sounds like Devan to roll over on the others. "Its wasn't me, they all were doing it"
Andrew, it had nothing to do with it being a fivesome, foursome or sixsome, it didn't matter how the cards were made up.
Its not a big deal how many shots you throw, as long as there aren't 8 people on a tee pad waiting behind you to throw, your right it is a mini, so lets play, not all stand around and wait on a couple of players. :p
If you're not holding up a group, empty your bag for all I care but when you see them gaining on you, either pick it up or move over. ;)
I have played golf with you long enough Conner's to know that it would have had you a little warm under the collar after a wait on about 8 holes and not a group in front of them for as far as you could see. Guaranteed! :p

You haven't seen shiet,
<font color="red">I've seen plenty of practice shots and putts from you. Most of the putts are anger slam putts after you've missed the first one. As a rules monger it seems that you only call them when its on somebody else. When you do it you always have some lame excuse. On top of that, all this coming from a guy that rides on the mule while everyone else hoofs it. </font>
And its impossible to not hold up groups at Chandler when the minis don't start till almost 7pm. :o
<font color="red">As I've told you many times in the past, if you think you can do better than STEP UP CHICKEN LITTLE. </font>
If you're going to whine about Devon then you need to include and call out by name all the other people on his card that allowed him or said nothing to him about his practice throws. Remember when that guy called Devon out in front of everyone at the GCD because Devon was throwing two putters at the ROF? You need to be that guy. The fact that you don't call the others out shows me that this has more to do with you having a problem with a young guy that throws better than you. :o
Go ahead missy. Name the other four people on his card that stood around and did nothing much to your disatisfaction. :)
Then name all the people that were on the card behind him that didn't walk up and gripe. Come on Nancy, you can do it. ;)

Is that what you're looking for?
Now, at the minis, just about everyone will throw an extra putt or shot once and a while, even the Great Coda will chunk another putt at the basket once and a while, especially after a miss. I'm not going to argue with you about it, I don't think you have ever played a round with Devon and even know what I'm talking about.
There are other players on here that can attest to his need to throw extra shots on about every hole and have told him to stop at various times but it seems to continue and that night it obviously was out of hand with the back up that occurred. I voiced my opinion with him about it. And as I posted earlier, its my opinion and it just that, mine, you don't have to agree with it, like it or even listen to it. Take yourself as an example, you talk all the time but they only listen about 10% of the time, at least I do. :o:p
Now if you want to continue to try and stir the pot or create controversy where there is none, as you continually do, then do it with someone else.
