Not the best idea for several reasons.

1. damage to your plastic will happen

2. Heavy police and homeless population in that park after
the sun goes down .

Fortunately , I do have some good news for the members...

Soon , we are planning on hosting monthly bag tag challanges . It will be a standard stroke play format .
I do plan on offering different goodies for pay out for
the am divisions , and cold hard cash for the open players .

The courses will vary, and will be anounced prior to play.
Chances are there may be a temp course thrown in from time
to time .

I want challenge the clubs of Texas. Texas Women�s Championships is April 26 & 27 and we want to present the opportunity to highlight your club during the TWC. We started the girly station experience and we want the clubs of Texas to improve on that idea.
Last year was a very successful experience for the ladies and the girly station was a big part of that. Consider representing your club by having the best girly station. We have designated areas to best serve the ladies. Contact Ed Coffey or me and we will ensure a place in the action.
And of course we will accept any form of sponsorship. So if you cannot be involved in a girly station, then make sure to support the event with sponsorship, escorts or my favorite CASH. On Saturday April 12 , 2008 Travis Avenue Baptist Church (TABC) will be holding a disc golf tournament at Z-Boaz. It will be a flex start beteween 10:00 and 2:00. The entry fee will be $5.00. A catered lunch from Ediie Deen's BBQ is included in the entry fee.
There will be 3 divisions offered
Recreational, Advanced and Pro.
TABC will also provide $1000.00 worth of prizes for the winners, including a $250.00 Gift certificate to Best Buy, Disc Golf Basket, and much more.

WOW what a great venue for a tournament sponsored by a church. I would come up for this if it wasn't for WLD DBLS. A lot of friends have been members of TABC while attending seminary there in Ft. Worth.

Great church, great sponsorship, great awards, great food and a great game of disc golf, what more could a person ask for.

Terry Adams at Play It Again Sports on Hulen has asked me to tell everyone that he now has the X-Calibers for sale.

I won a free entry to the 30th Norman Pro/Am at the end of this month in Norman, Ok. I will not be able to attend this event. I asked the TD if someone else could use my free entry and he said that was fine as long as it was someone from our area. It is good for any division and Im not asking anything for it, I just don't want to see it go to waste. If anyone would like to have it, just send me a pm and I will get it to you.
