I will be there at 5pm. All you pack mules and beer haulers should be there by 5:10 or 5:15. Round one starts as soon as we reach the proper alcoholic saturation point, which should be around 5:10 or 5:15. I don't really need a caddie. It was Dave that said he wanted to hold Thong's hand. Sorry Red but if you were looking to hold my hand you might want to bring your Jerry Garcia comfort doll instead.

Any side action you AM's want to do is fine with me but remember Thong and I are course pro's and we deserve respect. In other words, the world revolves around us.....If we don't sign autographs or make you Am's feel less than worthy, just be glad we're letting you all tag along and we are not charging you anything to stand in awe of our greatness. :D

Well after Furdog's caddy ditched him, he was lost with no direction. While he made a valiant effort, Mr Le put him away by 4 strokes.

Thong collects $20 from Furdog and another $25 from the event sponsor, The Fox & Hound.

Now for the so called Donkey Killer, he made the mistake of trying to best an old man again. They just never learn. Thanks Big Dave, I'll take that $20 and a big tthanks to Furdog for wagering another $5 on Nicholson. On the way home it was "winner winner chicken dinner" a quick stop by the KFC for the family, the bill came to $23. Thanks guys, I was wondering how my kids were going to eat last night.

Nicholson, I told you I hoped you didn't buy those burgers on credit. :D

It was an ugly match but big putts came through in the end and the old man wins by 4 strokes and finishes #18 with a birdie just to prove it. ;)

To Furdog and Big Nic. What did the five fingers say to the face?

SLAP! I'm Rick James Biatch! :D:D:D:D:D

Hey, I was told that my caddy services were not needed. So I went and played Blackhawk and some of Redhawk with my "fajer".

The Way it Was......According to Furdog!!!!

Well let me put it this way because Tubefluffer, as we have all been witness to in the past, is quick to jump on the board and talk out of his rear and spin a story in hopes that his wife will think that he is more of a man then the one she wakes up with everyday. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Congrats to Thong on winning this battle. He defended his home turf well. It was hard fought all the way. He jumped out early to a two stroke lead and held it for most of the round until I fought back and took a one stroke lead on approximately hole 10 or 11. Then on hole # 12, Tubefluffer, fearing that his twenty might be going to the dog, runs up in front of everyone and putts out of turn clearly trying to throw off my rhythm. But it's my fault, I should have been ready for that..... Anyway, Thong ties it up on 12 and he took a one stroke lead on 14. He birdied 16 for a two stoke lead and though I know its wrong, at that point I felt it was over. Congrats buddy. You played well and deserved to win.

The battle of the Dave's was both good and sloppy at times with Big Dave dinking off the basket and rolling down the hill on 2 and planting one in a tree on 7. I saw Tubefluffer get facemasked on a few 6ft putts. Other then that Tubefluffer played well enough to be considered a true Am for life. It was worth losing the five bucks to him just so I wouldn't have to watch him throw a fit and walk off the course early. :p

I'd like to thank the Commish and Frankie for coming out to officiate and keep the fisticuffs at a minimum. I think everyone was pleased with his calls....except maybe for Wagle. Can you say.....DUCK!!!!... Even Frankie had to dive for cover.... ... Naegele did a good job hauling the TD supplies and didn't pass out so the Sharpies were kept in the bags. He even offered me a few good tips since my caddie had CHICKENED out. I don't know but Red must have feared he would have somehow ended up owing Tubefluffer money or something. I don't see why he would consider that anything other than the norm for him. ;)

Mr. Plastic showed up with his to kids and didn't try to sell anything to anyone. When Kevin showed up to be a part of the gallery I actually started to feel important. I'll be looking forward to attending the McCoy / Lund if and/or when it happens. I apologize to the TDSA that there was no money raised for the club at this "Outlaw" challenge but none of these guys would have been at the Riverside mini anyway. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

This was my first time to play at Dovillo with cement tee pads and I must say that this course now rocks. Even though I didn't win, I feel I played better than I ever had before and I feel like I did the best I could. These "Outlaw" challenges are fun as is all the trash talk that comes before, during, and after. High paws to Thong, Kenny Rogers, and all the others that contributed some garbage. I'm looking forward to a rematch in the future when it doesn't interfere with work days. It was my intention to work my way up to the top of the ladder starting with Thong, Melissa, and Trey Landers but I might have to go back and practice on smaller challenges like Naegele and Bud. I know with this loss every Tom, Dick, and Harry will be trying to crap all over my mountain but I'm still the king of my mountain and I will cast all who challenge me there to the river below. And if that doesn't work..... then I will BAN YOU ALL!!!! :D

May 23 2006, 09:27 AM
No, we were on Hole 10, the last one coming off of the pond. He throws this huge hizer out over the pond and it doesn't make it. He argues he saw water splash and that it must have hit the bank, so it is in there. I disagreed. I asked him if he saw it hit the bank, answer, no. So I tell him the benefit of the doubt doesn't go to the player, if you didn't see it hit, then go back and re-tee. He didn't like that ruling and I asked him, "you're the official, what is the rule?" He wanted to take it there, but I was going to make him play by the rules. That he really didn't like. So, he goes back to re-tee and low and behold he ditches it in the pond again. Now, he is really PO'ed. It probably wouldn't have been that bad but he left his bag by the front of the pond, so he has to walk all the way back to get another disc, then walk all the way back to throw it. I think he told me to go do something when I suggested that he take his bag with him. :D So the third shot makes it over and he cards a double circle 7, which wasn't that bad considering. Needless to say, I was laughing for the next three holes and he was very quiet and fuming. I think Thong Le thought is was very amusing. :D:D

I told him if it would have been me throwing all that plastic in the pond, he would have thought it was **** funnny, but he wasn't talking to me at the time. :D

Well I can honestly say so far I am glad not to have lost any discs :D
I got a chance to play blackhawk for the first time on Saturday.
All of the clearing and mowing that was done Saturday
made a huge difference, glad to see its almost done. :D
The bridge from 9 to 10 will help alot.
I had a nice round of 50, skipping hole # 8
Too many people fishing the hole.

The holes around the pond will definitely cost you more
than your side bet if you are not paying close attention.

As far as Red being the first 3 on #16.
Yes that would be true.
Remember every one has their day.
I think he's already played about 2 dozen rounds out there.

If anyone hasn't gotten out to play it yet, get out there.
Bring your deep woods off.
The misquitos are abundant out there for now.

Thanks for everybody who has put in the hours to get
Mohawk to where it is today.

I have sent the actual situation in to the PDGA for analysis. To clarify, I did say that I saw it hit the bank. Plus I was the only official on the card.

And nice round Dave, and for your information, I would have given you the benefit of the doubt, and let you throw from your first shot. Simply because, had I been in your shoes, and I didn't see what happened, I would personally feel that I had no way to judge what truly happened.

Since you're an official then I'm sure you're aware of this:
C. Each official must pass the PDGA Officials Exam, and must carry a copy of the rules. D. Non-playing certified officials may actively make rulings during any tournament play that they witness. If an official competes in a tournament, he or she may not officiate for any ruling within his or her own division.

IMO:
In addition to that, any time there is dout as to whether a player's disc is in bounds or out of bounds, the player should rule against himself to wipe away any concerns other players may have that the player in question gave themselves an advantage. I don't consider myself a rules dick but I like to play by them consistantly and not just part of the time.

And, you were right, had it been a casual round, I may have given you the benefit of the doubt, but hoping you would call yourself on the rule, but this wasn't a casual round. There was around $60 on the line.

Congrats on your $10 win. :D

Red.....You little whimpy Jack Donkey. You need to admit that Dave is right. You as an official shouldn't be making judgements on your own shots. Is this how you plan on spinning it when you get to Worlds? :p.....Telling everyone on your card that you saw your shot hit the bank and since you're an offcial they should take your word for it?

Face it. You splashed it twice and now your plastic sleeps with the fishes. :o.....Do your Dad a favor and quit depending on his plastic (credit card) to buy you new plastic everytime you sink one at Mohawks Pearl Harbor.

I have always played by the rules, and for anyone to question me in that regard would be mindless and misinformed.

I also have to agree with Andrew that Blackhawk is the best course in T-Town these days! It's definitely worth the ticks, mosquitos, and poison ivy that accompany the great time. I don't really know how I've been so lucky, but I found only one tick on me (on my shoe) in both nights combined...very few mosquito bites and NO POISON IVY! I guess that just shows how much work has been done in the past few months on this awesome course. Thanks TDSA DEDICATED MEMBERS for all of your hardwork. Yea, Billy, there is plenty of action out there. Hole 18 needs all of the lose wood cleared out. We could use some weed eating around all of the baskets and tee pads. There are about a half dozen trees that need a chain saw. There is trash to be picked up and if you feel like swimming, I know there is lots of plastic to be returned to their owners.

Hunter park also needs some clean up. You could move a lot of the rocks around to create a better path across the creek at both locations. There are stumps all the way down hole 2's fairway that still need removed.

I mean if you have all this time off during the day, then quit watching Opra or Judge Judy or what ever and go out and do something. :o

After you have spent 25% of the time of those others you mentioned out working on the courses. Of all of the regular players in town, you have done the least amount of work.

Granted, you have come out and worked, what maybe three or four hours total, maybe 5 or 6?

When I see you out working instead of looking for a game, then I will give you the respect you want and let you pay me some money. :o:D

TwoPutt you want Billy to work? Fly BOOBS in! I know boobs would be out there workin and Billy would be there too with his nose firmly placed in BOOBS *****.

Billy can you smell it NOW?

I had a bunch of Canadian dollars I needed to exchange, so I went to the currency exchange window at the local bank.
Short line...just one person in front of me, an Asian guy who was trying to exchange yen for dollars and he was a little agitated.
He asked the teller, "Why it change? Yesterday I get two hunat dolla of yen
- today I get hunat eighty?
Why it change?"
The teller says, "Fluctuations."
The Asian guy says, "Fluc you white guys too". :D:D

Dovillio #13:

Myself, Jarrod Hinshaw and Big John cleared out the huge bush at the bottom of the big tree in the middle of the fairway, looks pretty good and only took about 45 minutes to cut and clear the remnants.

Check it out:

HA HA HA HA HA!!

I can't cut any limbs without the Quality Course Managers permission :cool:While I was working at Mohawk Saturday morning Kev said it would be ok to get rid of the bush on 13. It actually opens the line a little bit for both righties and lefties.
