1)Money is not the reason I play this game. Ask around the community and you will find that to be true. In fact if you craig and jeff played open I would have not cashed.
2) Lol... I don't what to say to that. I like to think that I have played one event and got $26. Its 2008 move on..... I did!
3) I love the game. I can not and will not go back to a div that offers me a level of play that is not challenging me to play at the highest level possible. This is were the fun is stored for me.
4) not harshing just calling it like i see it! A CASHING PRO PLAYING ADVANCED.
5) You forgot to mention how low my rating is and how it has gone down this over the past few months. I get the feeling if that keeps happening by your decision making logic will be playing int soon.

Wow.... thanks for reading what I have posted earlier.
If asking some one who I met last year and played with to come play my former home course is ars kissing..... well Im a LICKER, because I do that with just about every one I play with. Especially guys from your area, who as a whole don't make it this way much. I hope you feel better being a CASHING PRO and playing beating 916 rated guys! You know what........ you guys are in the right division. You have the spine of an AM not a PRO.
cwphish
Jan 22 2008, 07:31 AM
Yes I agree with you that you are a LICKER. My definition of a licker is one who needs to stroke someone else's ego to feel accepted in a place they are struggling to fit in on a skill based criteria. How much licking did you do when all of us didn't play in our right division at Charleston? Oh, that's right, you quit (a pro trend?) and left after you were beat down mentally after the third round (perseverence of a pro, right?), spine dragging along the ground like the kid who just got denied by their favorite player for an autograph, but ultimately even dissapointing themselves (sometimes quitting is easier than manning up and finishing under adversity like a true pro, right?). Jayson, you may want to check in with the boss upstairs and ask him how this is suiting you in your quest. Whatever suits you though JC. Until then I will continue to beat you in multiple divisions, as an AM or a Pro, as long as I play well.
BTW, it continues to sound like bitter green jealousy that you are on here beeeching about us playing in a division that you are questionable to even cash in, especially out of town. Just my $.02.

Jan 22 2008, 07:58 AM

Not really trying to fit in or be accepted. If you knew me you would know I don't do that. and again if offering my house up for a tourny and encouraging people to play on my former home course is ego stroking. I am a PRO STOKER!
Kentwood is not my home course.
Quitting in Charleston was due to Broncittus and a major sinus infection, spending time in the city hanging out with my wife. I was playing great golf, my body just wasn't with it. I had a great time though!
As far as the man up stairs? I don't know who that is or what that has to do with this conversation?

but if I were to play advanced at a tournament this year, one of two things would happen.
1. I would expect to win and I would.
2. I would expect to win and I would be unbelieveably mad if I didn't.
Either way, I don't gain confidence and in number 2, I actually lose some.
Just my 2 cents.

With your rating yes unless you continue to play like Saturday, however, these fellas ratings allow them to play in this division. Yahn has sucked for the past two years (injuries I believe and not having Green FB). Why have them continue to donate or "not have Fun" and eventually quit the game which I believe some you wouldn't have a problem with.
This is a PDGA problem as you said. They are just playin the system. Kudos
If you made your tourney Trophy only it might of helped move them up.

but... I would think of you as a great Am player and not really a solid Pro (yes i know you got your touring pro card for last year... and congrats on that). I just thought your comments were a little off base and looked @ your results last year to see if I was right... talking about how you pretty much would expect to win in every Advanced tourney you'd play if you played Advanced..
In 2007 of the 25 times you played the same layout as the Ams you would've only won 12 times
thats less than 1/2!!!
Of those 'wins' one would've been a tie and the other would've been a 3 way tie.
Looking @ the ones you would've won (no offense to anyone that played these) if you look @ the level of play it isnt the highest for the advanced field.

Yes.. some of those there was some solid competition... point is that I dont know that I would look at you as a lock to win in every or even 75% of advanced tournies if you played in that division.
Of the ones you 'didnt' win you would've finished
2nd - 3 times
T3rd - 3 times
T4th - once
7th - once
T10- twice
T13 - once
T15 - once
(and in some of those you wouldn't have even won Advanced Masters ... and the 1st place Intermediate would've given you a good run a few times!)
Now that I found a few holes in your 1 & 2 points i'll continue to say that this isnt bash MTL time... i think it actually proves your 3rd point "Either way, I don't gain confidence and in number 2, I actually lose some." I think there are a lot of 'Pros' that are smart to stay as the 'last cash' or 'finish near the top sometimes' Pros for this reason.

alot of people bash the PDGA and say that ratings mean nothing and divisions mean nothing, "get in where u fit in" and all that jazz but this year the PDGA changes the ratings criteria a little bit and almost everyone on here is having a coniption fit about how to reclassify they're status in this game. what is different about this game and the tournaments this year from last? nothing but a little number (which is only a suggestion). can we delete this thread please so i can make myself make some cold calls

BWD... I guess I could concede that MTL is not really an Am but the numbers wouldn't put him as a SOLID pro in my book (solid = ~1000 rating with a few wins and lots of quality finishes)... but yes... he is a 'pro' by our sports definition and even got his 'touring card' for last year! (congrats again on that MTL)
MTL... I know you didnt say you would win but that you would expect to... im just pointing out the difference between expectation and reality. If I move up to playing pro tournies this year and cash @ some... finish in the top 5 in a couple... and have a decent year I could tell myself I would've expected to win any/every advanced tourney but that doesnt make it a truth. Its good to expect great things of yourself as a competitor... thats a big part of the mental game and telling yourself you should be on the lead card and making yourself get there.
And again... its not a rip on MTL... i think it'd look like this if you ran the numbers for a lot of Pros that people consider 'solid'... and this would've even be looking @ the Advanced 'majors' like crosstown, bowling green, worlds, etc... it would be really interesting to see where they finished in those fields.

I can't believe I cashed 23 out of 32 events last year in what is by far the hardest part of the world to cash (and 5 of those misses I was hurt), was on the lead card of a super tour the final round and averaged in the 1000 teens 3 seperate tournaments and finished 2nd at 3 tournaments and you don't think that's solid
It's all good though. I'll let my play speak for me.

Halton... BWD = Big Wave Dave but your guesses are funny...
others... im not trying to down MTL... he is good... just used him as an example since he put himself out there.
and i never said I was even that good as an Am... but the home tourney you are talking about I actually beat MTL and would've finished well into the cash if I played Pro... if I played pro all year would I cash... maybe once or twice but maybe not. It wasnt about that... it was about proving MTLs last point that if one thinks enough of himself they dont get any confidence by playing advanced when they could go to pro and cash or play well.
besides... this isnt about me... it was about an example of a pro when put up against the am field that he said he would expect to beat.
and I would rank pros in these levels... Elite - Schultz, Climo, Etc.... 'Touring' ... Schweb (borderline elite in my mind and would easily be elite if he had the chance to play more)... 'Solid' pro would be someone around 1000 rating like the Frizzaks... and 'good' would be someone like MTL. I know some from each of those realms could beat others but I think there are some pretty good divisions amongst the ranks.
And again... it isnt even about 'what is a solid pro'... im just explaining my definition since people are getting hung up on that.
Its about using MTL as a case study to compare him to the am field in the events he played last year. Argue that if you want

I think its funny you are getting so offended... its being rather nit picky really... by my definition of SOLID you are not. By others... sure.
And in discussing what a pro is or the ranks among the pros... i've heard others say that someone shouldn't even be considered a pro unless they cash @ 'the dance' (aka... worlds). I dont go harsh... i would say that would be a part of being considered an 'touring/elite' pro even 'solid'.
You are a Good Pro... to me its like this SOLID > GOOD.... to some its the other way.

We played serious the first round.
The second round was screwing around b/c at that point we didn't care.
Our second rounds will not be counted and if we were truly trying to get our ratings down, we would have continued to play seriously b/c then the round would not have been thrown out.

something else to chew on... of that 2802... only 839 are 970+
you have to remember that of that 2800... anyone can say they are a pro... i can have a kid and register them as a pro.... there are a few hundred in the 800 range ... complete w/ a few 500 rated players in there
also 134 are 1000 rated or better but I said around 1000 (like the frizzies)... there are ~170 that are 998 or better.
you still havent said what your measurements among the pro ranks would be and are still hung up on something that wasnt even my orig. point
grab a different pro that you think is around your level of play (and honestly pick on randomly... dont go back and look @ results) and run the #s for them to see where they stack up against the am field... i think this is interesting to see what we find (which is why I used your #s)

here's the #s using another Pro (within 3 pts of MTLs ranking) who would probably split 50/50 on wins if they played heads up...
PRO X
(averaged $83 per event ... MTL avg'd $88)
played 6 tournies last year that ams played same layout...
Would've only won am... ONCE! (and it was the same time this person got a pro win... which our 'other' subject didnt have)
here's how the events would've put the person in advanced (in no part. order)
-Tied 3-4th
-Tied 2-5th
-1st! (also a pro win)
-3rd
-Tied 3-4th
-2nd
taking the name out of things would you say this person is a Solid or Great Pro player or a great Advanced player that is a 'good' pro player?
stack
Jan 23 2008, 02:47 PM
bigwave... again your getting caught up on cash... i dont care how much MTL made... i was just talking about him playing as advanced as he put it.
and above is the first pro i could think of that I know matches well against MTL... take MTLs name off the numbers I ran for him and form your own opinions about that persons level in this sport. Its not about me... MTL... its an interesting thought I came across when pitting Pros that people would consider good (or even great/solid as some consider MTL) against the Am field.

This is what I have always said...there are no Ams in this sport. There never have been and unless we change the competition structure of the game there never will be.
As long as we continue to "PAYOUT" (an absolutely ridiculous term in an Am event) plastic to competitors that say they are Ams (but they aren't) it will never change.
Seriously, try playing a sport where you only get a trophy for 1st or 2nd place. Where you could show up Friday, compete, get beat, and go home.
Or you could play disc golf and pitch a fit when $1 of your entry goes to something other than your precious plastic "PAYOUT".
All disc golfers that compete in PDGA events are Pros. All divisions expect a "PAYOUT".

i've got another comparison coming... and i promise (and those that truly know me know my word is bond) that these are the first and only 2 other pro's i've checked... i just went back and looked at tournies mtl played... land randomly picked 2 pros with about the same ratings.

i totally agree Kirk... and was actually amazed/surprised when I first starting playing to hear people talk about 'getting their money back' or winning something and saying they were in the hole.
I looked at it like a road race or rugby match (i used to be rather competitive in both)... but running would compare better as an individual sport... in a road race you have hundreds pre-reg... pay 15-30 to run and maybe get a tshirt (aka players pack) and thats it... of the 100 or even 1000+ the top few might get trophies or medals... and they are fine with that. those guys are true ams and would've been the direction I thought this sport was in. When I first started I got 'merch bucks' to buy discs and although it was kinda cool to win soo much I thought it rather odd.
stack
Jan 23 2008, 03:11 PM
comparison continued...
Pro XX
(avg'd $52 per event and is within a point or 2 of 978 rating)
of the 22 events they played (where ams played same course/etc)
this person would've won Advanced 8 times!!! (about 1/3rd of the time)
here's how they would've finished the other 14
-2nd
-T2/3 x 2
-3rd x 2
-T3/4
-4th x 3
-T5/6 or 5-9th x 2
-T6-8th
-T10-13th
-T30/31
also of those 8 wins 2 of them were also Pro wins
note... im not judging any of these players Player X or XX... i'm just putting up data that I think is crazy considering the players in question... like my initial thoughts of MTL... i would've thought these people would've won advanced over 70% of the time... not 16% and 33% of the time

As a matter of fact, I bet there are many Pro Men who would not object to having a Recreational Woman assigned to each Pro Men's group - just for experience sake mind you. As for the Professional Women, I'll have to let them speak for themselves. I have no experience with them at all.
I think the whole thing is comical. There is a move towards color coding the divisional structure. That would be much simpler and not unlike the United States Cycling Federation where I used to be able to participate as a category 1,2,3,or 4.

Not a personal attack. It's called a metaphor. Or is it a simile. I get those two confused.
You are a sports journalist and you don't know a metaphor when you see one?
You can't understand that Stack was talking about playing your courses when we have primo courses at home and events (local series and such)?
Wow. I got it immediately. He even added in a second metaphor to drive the point home.
Charlotte folks don't always like to travel. I personally am not interested in Buckhorn anymore (3 tournaments there is plenty for this lefty)...
I suggest you retract your ill-realized personal attack decision, mr Moderator.

Lower fees and can make more off the Plastic sales
Kirk
Kirk, you know (better than others) that I agree with you whole heartedly on this, but the onus is not entirely on the PDGA, they merely set guidelines. It is the TD's that need to change the competitive structure of the sport and the players that need to demand and embrace that change. Certainly the PDGA can help drive that change but the blame (or responsibility) doesn't lie solely with them.
Most TD's are too scared that no one with show up for their event to try the change to true AM structure. Most TD's don't even offer trophy only at their events.

Guys, this has to be the most pages on 1 thread in a day, ever. Has to be a record.
I haven't reupped my membership, yet, and am clueless on this new pro/am rating thing. Can someone catch me up?
Also, Stack, how can you not call Schweb elite?!
Keep in mind that there is a difference b/w pro and am when playing in tournaments. I do not think you can compare someone's performance as a pro against the am field because they did not play in that division. Same layout, same whatever, it doesn't matter...my opinion.
Keep up the discussion, guys, I think it's healthy! And entertaining...here's the popcorn. ;)
What was the question again??
Boys Without Dignity
What's a player rating? Why are you looking at them? You should be watching where your disc is going. Listen up boys, Life comes at you pretty fast and hits pretty hard sometimes. Disc Golf is a wonderful sport played by wonderful people. Lets keep it that way!!

im still scratching my head over how its a personal attack... do i need to somehow apologize to the courses in Raleigh? It was a metaphor... and a JOKE! kinda like the post I quoted by Sjur about the robots and magnet... he was actually talking about the players are robots and I dont consider that a personal attack... so insinuating that our courses are better than another cities courses is?
Kozak... im new to the sport but not as new as my pdga # and i think i've played on your card a couple times this year and possible a couple years back... from what I remember you had a similar sense of humor and could be rather sarcastic (which I can appreciate) ... so I def. would think you would get it and take it with a grain of salt.
There was a post quoting that post calling me a bonehead and insulting my intelligence by I dont think its a personal attack... i thought it was funny (if it wasnt meant to be then thats just sad)... but not a personal attack and I would think that would be an example of one 1000 times over my post.
No I hadnt played that many of the courses in the raleigh area... but it was a joke based on what i've heard from charlotte and raleigh guys.... want a person attack about a course... read the article on radl's homepage about cedarock... how can they let that stuff be published when it insinuates negative things about the course?!
and Schweb is awesome... he is amazing... and I think he is one of the best in the sport but I didnt group him along w/ schultz/climo/the likes solely on the fact that he can't/doesnt get a chance to get out to all of the majors like those guys do... i thought i mentioned it in the post but i think if he did he would easily be @ their level or above... big fan of the thumber king and the 1 X Schwebbie Stamped Whippets when that time comes!!!
and 'cant we all just get along'... i used to think so... i just got jumped on for making a joke/metaphor about courses between 2 cities that constantly joke back and forth... and for running numbers on a claim by a player to test a hypothesis. All by a person

Stack..... you bit off more than you can chew on this one. I don,t know who started the Charlotte vs Raleigh course stuff, but this thread is about
CASHING PRO's playing advanced. So take your critiques to another thread.
I think Kirk had a great point about us all being pro's if we accept a pay out. Plastic, check, or cash what's the difference?
For me the difference has been in the past, most plastic pay outs were Innova only. Due to many different reasons. If you were a brand loyal am like i was an all Innova pay out was great or worth nothing in my case because I favored Discraft discs.
I also agree with stick and the responsibility of the TD to challenge some of these guys in there decision.

This thread, although intertaining, is a perfect example of how sarcasm breeds mindless bickering. I see thread after thread where someone trys to be cute or sarcastic or joke around, and it goes over like a turd in a punchbowl. B_S,
I think Kirk had a great point about us all being pro's if we accept a pay out. Plastic, check, or cash what's the difference?
Which reinforces my point about using colors or numbers to mark the divisions and not names. Takes out the ambiguity and eliminates all the trivial debates over names. BTW, I think this does relate to the common perception of "bagging" so it is a little on topic. There would be no false "bagging" if everyone played in a color-coded division based on their player rating, only "true bagging" which is intentionally playing poorly to hold down ones player rating but I don't really call people who do that baggers. True baggers are more aptly described by the term "loser" I think.
Stack,
im still scratching my head over how its a personal attack...
As Arlo Guthrie said in "Alice's Restaurant" - "It's just another case of "american blind justice"'. MTL can censor dirty words that have clean intentions, but he can't censor clean words that have dirty intentions. Bet he wanted to censor my earlier post, but couldn't do it without literally censoring the new division names - which was one of the points I was trying to make.

Stack- think of all the people that volunteer time and money into building course's in Raleigh. All the people that organize workdays and run doubles to raise funds for course development. Those are the people who are most offend by your statement. Has this been blown out of proportion? I think so. Think of your mouth like a tube of toothpaste. Stack part of the problem is your reputation and history of personal attacks on message boards both here and the Charlotte site. If it has been all in fun then you need to explain that to all the folks you've "ripped in humor". Then you may want to explain it to those you call friends who also think you carry things too far.
I'll leave you with a little story about your potential and what could have been. Without going into detail, you could of had something real special in this sport. Something that most competitive players covet. However you were passed over due to the fact that you don't know when to just shut up.

actually through the first half of 2007 you had to shoot an average of 975 to cash in open in nc and 977 to cash in cali. throw out one event in cali where it appears they paid everyone (steady ed) and it goes to just shy of 980. to cash in virginia in the same time period you had to shoot 981!!!!!

--------------------------------------Protection Plate----------------------------------
A young man had finally decided to move away from his families home. He had packed his only possession, a little dinner plate, and left without a word. After many days of wandering, he began to starve. Suddenly, his nose caught fire with the smell of food. He ran and ran until he found himself in a bazaar of sorts. People were everywhere. His hunger panged in his gut.
"Free food for the guys with the orange hats," the bearded man yelled into the crowd.
"Where can i get an Orange hat," asked the young man nervously.
"Oh, you cant have one; Sorry sir, no CHANCE at this food, now move along."
The younger man sulked at this let down. Why couldn't he sit down and eat the bountiful meal with the older bearded gentlemen. Our friend had nearly given up hope, and was about to leave, when from another side of the crowded fairground he heard a burley voice exclaim. "Free food for the guys with Blue hats," and again, "People with Blue hats, step right up." Our friend made his way through the crowd. He saw the man with the growling burley voice, and behind him, well, food for miles. "Can I help you," bellowed the man.
"Oh, well, hello sir, I am very hungry, where can i get a Blue hat?"
"All you have to do is ask my friend. No codes or restrictions here. "
"WOW, thats great. You mean they have all this food and i can just ask for a Blue hat and be part of it?"
"Thats right! We let anyone in to our feast."
The young mans face swiveled from side to side as he eyed through the crowd. Everything was wonderful, and then, suddenly he was stumped by what he saw. There were men with orange hats eating at the tables. Well, they had on Blue hats, but also orange ones!!! "Sir," the young shouted, "those men have on orange hats!!!"
"Oh thats OK my little friend," boomed the man, " We let all people who wish join us here." The Large man spread his arms wide to demonstrate that he meant the whole crowd. The younger man looked confused. "But sir, There is another area on the other side of the fairground, where..." he paused, " where the orange hats are eating!" Suddenly, a loud grumble came from the large man, it was followed by a deep, exhaustive laugh. It was so loud that many a person turned his head to see what was so funny. When he finished laughing, the large man took a deep breath " why young man, you must be new here," the young man nodded, "Well, it could mean many things. Maybe there are not a lot of orange hats around today, and these gentlemen didn't want to eat alone, or with just a small crowd," said the large man. As the young man listened he curiously eyed all the people eating, and nodded his head. "But thats not all," the large man said, "Maybe the Orange hats came and saw that the Blue hats in here had smaller plates. You see," the large man continued, and bent over to console the confused young man, "The Blue hats always have better food, but somedays, only blue hats with small plates show up. When an Orange hat sees that he has a chance at better food, AND with a bigger plate.... well my boy," he said " do you see where Im going?" The young man looked down at his shoes. After a moment he looked up. "But, how come they can eat here and when they see that it benefits them, or when they are just a few, but...... but, they wont let anyone else into their area?" At this, the large man pursed his lips and began to knuckle his forehead. "Well son, " said the large man, " I guess thats just the way it is. Some people have choices, they are free to move about the the fairground.... kind of like an all access pass." The young man quickly stammered in, "what about blue hats?" The large man shook his head and frowned. "The Blue hats have it rough here. Usually, there a lot of them around. Sometimes there are quite a few with large, gigantic plates. On these days, there just isn't enough food...." "but sir" the young man interrupted, " Where else can the blue hats go to get food?" The Large man took another deep breath, " its very difficult.. you see, once a blue had has eaten in the blue tent, he cant eat anywhere else, well, at least not for a long time. The Orange hats are free to go where the food is better, or the plates are smaller, but the Blue hat cannot. It is just the way it is."
The young mans eyes began to tear up and he said, "but i just got here, and i have only this tiny, tiny, plate to eat with. Where can I go?
"Well, my boy," said the Large man, "you can go into the Blue tent, but there is a chance your small plate wont get any food. But, you can also go where all the other very small plates go." The young mans eyes lit up with hope. "where is that, please tell me, Im so hungry"... "Well," The large man said, " you can go to a vender and he will give you vitamin pills. They are like food, but without the familiar smell, and texture."
He could not take anymore. It was all so confusing. How come some people could go where ever they wanted, and some were could not. The young man began to walk away, shoulders slumped. Behind him he heard words echoing from the large mans chest and mouth. "Be careful my boy, for one day, you will want real food and not those vitamin pills any longer. Make sure you are ready for real food. Bring a large plate back with you, because once you've tasted the Blue hats food, and receive your own blue hat.... you're stuck with them. Remember, a big plate...!"

If you want to pursue slander, go for it I say. Implied intent may be something you want to research. Would you care if I submit your name as an entrant to that new reality gameshow?

And seeing as this is story time I have a nother short piece I'd like to share. This is the story of a golfer we'll name PPP. For awhile now PPP has had a problem with me. To each thier own. This is the history of that problem and how it all started.
About 5 years ago PPP asked me on this very message board about potential sponsorship of a friend of his. At the time his friend was an up and coming pro player but he had not yet established himself. That would come shortly after. Our philosophy at the time was to sponsor a small number of the best players in the state. Folks who had established themselves as the best out there and legends walking amongst everyone else. We had a team and a strong team if I may add. So at the time we decided to decline sponsorship to the friend. Partly due to the fact that he had yet to make a name for himself and partly due to the fact that we were still trying to collect a bill of $450 from the friends brother. You see the friends brother was his sponsor. And he came to us to get merchandise to help his family member out. Needless to say we never got paid. Amazing how those that call themselves friends like to borrow money and merch yet never want to pay it back. It really is all abouth the money.
The moral of this story: "when all else fails a swift backhand upside the head should be your next course of action"
There it is PPP in a nutshell
LMFAO I said nutshell not even thinking about the comment I made earlier concerning the peanuts you grew. Hope she is still happy.
Once again I'll see you on a course soon.
I totally asked you about sponsoring the established player Michael Johanson from the Charlotte area. Can you ellaborate more with some specifics on what else you just said? I do have a brother Jeff who lives in MassachuseTTs but he has never played disc golf, and just told me he is wondering about a lawsuit because you just implied PPP's brother owes you $450. We all know my other name on the streets is the Premier Polish Power, since several other Pollocks have jumped into the disc golf game. So please, explain in some detail and with specifics what you just said please. No need for faulty perceptions on this one. Thanks
Craig

Slander (slan-der)
1. Law Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation.
2.A false and malicious statement or report about someone.
I was right. It's pretty self explanatory.

OK I'll try this again and maybe a little slower.
I did not say PPP's brother. I said PPP's friends brother.

Are you referring to my username on the CDGC website? It's no secret Rick. And for clarity, I have a beef with you because of inconsistent payouts at events, IOU's and trophy discs that never got received, and numerous inquiries to our club here in charlotte on how to get things that were paid for but never sent by a disc golf company that once resided here, despite numerous contact attempts, and public posting by said responsible party on the board and not getting in touch with those that paid for things. Just didn't care for that. As for any of your lady friends, I have no comment. That is wrong, and what got someone else on this thread put on probation. I expect to see your name there shortly, but won't lose any sleep over it. I'll gladly go on that show with you to compare perceptions if you would like. Bet that could be really entertaining!

And also, when I asked you in 2004/2005 why you didn't sponsor MJ, didn't his top 10 USDGC prove he was pretty good by then?

And I decided to make the username Dirty Harry as one of the first CDGC posters. It was never used by anyone before that. Nice try dick color.

Definately states PPP's brother from the context. Wonder who PPP really is. PP does have a brother Jeff, as well as a sister Mary. Both are attorneys with Pratt & Whitney. Maybe PPP should contact PP for some legal advice.

Go back and look up the thread about your trophy disc. I clearly stated that all you had to do was supply an address and I would be more than happy to ship it to you. You never replied.
Inconsistent payouts? Not real sure what you're referring to here. All of our payouts for sanctioned events are on record with the PDGA.
Any dealings I had with the club were with the leaders of the club. Not just some random member like yourself. And so you know, anyone who bought something from the DL site got thier merchandise. Once again please get your facts straight before making wild accusations.
Sooner or later you're going to have to quit bringing up stuff from at least 2 1/2 years ago. You got the answer to your question. Now get over it. Move on. Or if you want to let it fester I've told you numerous times. I am not hard to find. If you really feel the need to release all that pent up anxiety look me up. Don't forget your peanuts.

There is PPP and then there is PPP's friend, the one he was trying to secure sponsorship for. It states "partly due to the fact that we were still trying to collect a bill of $450 from the friends brother." See friend's brother, not PPP's brother.

And so you know, anyone who bought something from the DL site got thier merchandise.
The few times I ordered from them online, I received exactly what I asked for.
Also, rick lost some bets with me and made it even for me with cheaper entry fees. 2004 Fall Finale for 25 dollars was SWEET!
