Hope it was worth it !
If you think about it , there is 1700 up for grabs in the ace plus the big d money, somebody could walk away from this one with about 2g in their pocket!

Lol.

are you serious. If Nolan, JD, Donald, Kerr, Danny, and myself are going to be there I give them about a 1% chance to beat all of us.

So it appears that i was needed in order for that 1% chance to not happen. Congrats locals! LMAO! :D

Incidentally, the 2nd bathroom demo and remodel is 98% complete. Just some trim and caulking is all that's left. Thank God.

So you spent all day today in the bathroom and tomorrow you are gonna spend part of the day playing with your caulk? :D

BTW, My_Hero was right. I bagged the best in the bagger division. To show my appreciation, 3 of the 4 discs I picked for my winnings were Discraft.

I have what may appear as bad news, the PDGA is not going to allow sanctioning for this event. This is my fault entirely, and I apologize.

I did say "it may appear as bad news" but in reality your payout will not have the player fee as well as the sanctioning taken out. So you will see more of your entry fee in your payout, in exchange for points that are nearly meaningless.

Let me remind you that this "Little un-sectioned Mace Man Event" will have an ace pot that is already over $1400 as well as a $700 long drive contest. So don't let the fact that you aren't going to get points keep you away.

I want to clarify something else, if you are in the long drive contest you will need to provide your own drivers. I don't see throwing your own discs as an un-fair advantage as much as throwing something you don't know as an un-fair dis-advantage. Besides all that, Play It Again is putting up cash for you to win, do they need to provide discs as well?

You can still sign up on-line here. (http://www.maceman.com/cgi-bin/agora.cgi?product=Registration)

The snow is on the melt, see you at the park for doubles.

Nobody hit the ace. I came really close on #8, only to have a skip down the hill OB.

The ace pot will now be over $2000 for Bear Creek next month.

Here are the results.

I guess that $1706 is no big deal. Or not a big enough deal to get many of you to stop playing with your kitty for one day.

The Poison Ivy Open will most certianly have an ace pot over $2000, maybe that will make you leave your kitty alone for one day. But ask your kitty now if you can go and it it approves sign up early or get turned away the day of the event.

Thanks Chris....after looking at the scores and seeing that you would have finished tied for 12th in Advanced.....Maybe you should take that amnesty clause the PDGA is offering and move back down.

Good luck in Tyler

One other thing. I know a lot of discs were fished out of the creek during the distance competition. My CFR Wraith ended up in the creek from a poor drive on #3. When I went to get it out between rounds, it was already gone and it never showed up in the lost & found pile. If you have it and read this, PLEASE get it back to me. It's green and says "Dr. Browning 26817" on the underside.

I find it pretty crummy of someone to go fishing like that during a tournament and not return the disc.

It was good to meet you this weekend DocB.
I was expecting somebody much older than yourself. Good shooting , congratulations on the W!

Depending on just how right My Hero is, maybe I won't need it after all. Can't wait to try out the Surge and Pulse.

Best of luck with that one. Talk to Mace, he had a stack of lost and found. Try this, those little kids that are always playing around hole 8 and 10 ( by the power tower ) . Those little weasles are always jumping in the creek and fetching plastic!
