Kim and I played on the WINDY Wednesday. Just like playing in Kansas. Blows like hell every time I go there! :p

Some of those greens are the size of postage stamps. It didn't help much when the grounds guy decided to turn on the sprinklers at about hole #10. What's up with that? It rained that morning!?

We had a great time, and didn't lose anything to the pond. Good thing too, as we were only carring 3 and 4 discs each.

I think it will fall around the same time I make my next visit. :D-14 is a 42 right?

If so just get 2's on #1,3,5,6,8,9,10,11,12,14,15,16,17,18 and 3 #2 and #7 and you have -16. Heck I had 10 birds alone missed a 15fter and had a really short putt bounce out. That would be -12 and then you get rid of the three shots a foot into the OB and BOOOM -15. :D

vinCENT next time I am out in Cali you better play some GOLF.

Jan 29 2007, 10:59 PM
Im still confused with EI course about total of par. 56 or 57 par. birdie on hole 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, and 18. An Ace on hole 9 then a bogey on 15. If not for bogey cuz my disc was on ob and tommy's was in the water, could have -15 or -16, though. If 57 par, make sense but 56 par... Im not sure. I have a scorecard with me but Im still figured it out where is another birdie cuz i counted and thought of -13. I ll have Scot, Cent or Carlo to show me this Thurs.

Wow !!!! Alot of Open Pro's !!!!!

No Pro Master's division this year ?

I thought you only needed 4 to create a division.

I thought I'd seen Pro Master's division , then all of a sudden in changed ?

Did these guy's change their mind ? I know these guys listed are Pro Masters :

Dave Dunipace
Mike Byrne
Sam Ferrans
Jon Freedman
Steven Hines
Jeff Nichols
Tim Selinske
Steve Wisecup

Or did the tournament director just decide to eliminate the division entirely? Were all these players notified about this change ? Why did this happen ?

Something very shady going on at this tournament. I wonder what the real payout is going to be.

Donny, thanks for supporting the only PDGA sanctioned tournament in San Diego County that offers professional divisions by trying to make up some drama based on absolutely nothing. As they say, par for the course. :p

For a quick clarification, the Masters aged players were a little more than "OK with playing in the Open division." Each and every one of them MADE THEIR OWN CHOICE to play in the Open division. I was perfectly willing to offer a 1 person division for anyone who wished to remain in MPM or MPG, and the players knew that before they changed to MPO.

Once again, there were 5 MPM players pre-reg'd and 2 MPGs pre-reg'd. 3 of the 5 MPMs chose to move to Open prior to the event. The remaining 2 MPMs each decided that a 2 person division and then a 1 person division wasn't a great thing and they too chose to move to MPO. When one of the MPGs had to drop due to a scheduling conflict, the remaining MPG moved to Open.

No mystery. No drama. No secrets. And also no difficulty finding out what happened if one were to bother asking.

I'm still wondering why I was told Not to Volunteer my time for this Event ? For me to stay away for fear of Blackmail ? Possibly Pulling the Event ?

I had told Skip , I was having Dental work done and I could not Afford to play , But I still would like to be part of this Event, weeks in Advance.
I'm a certified Official and this tournament could have used my services , Free of Charge !!!!! I still had Pneumonia , if one had bothered to ask. Still , have not heard a word from you , only through the grapevine , you did not want me to be any part of this Event !!!!!

I never heard from you , only through Skip , did you mention , that I would " Make you Feel Uncomfortable " ?

Donny, nice way to ignore the issue of you trying to make up some crap about the Pro Masters division, based upon absolutely NOTHING!

As for the tournament that I am the Tournament Director for.....can you please explain why it is that you never contacted me about volunteering to help out with my tournament? I would've been glad to explain to you that I would pass on your offer because of all the personal attacks you've made on me on this message board over the last year. I'll post the links to the posts later when you try to deny it.

I really don't understand where you're comin from, attacking me from bizarre angles about completely off-the-wall stuff on here.

It is no mystery as to why I would not want you around being your extremely flaky self of late, at a tournament that has my name as TD associated with it. I certainly would not put you in place as a tournament official where your actions would reflect on me!

Tell me again why you never approached me or contacted me to offer your help...

When I found out mere days before my tournament that you were planning on being there doing a bunch of who-knows-what-stuff that had never been mentioned to me, the TD of the event, of course I had issues with that. And yes of course I asked that you not be present.

And of course I would not ever want you acting in any official capacity at any event that I run.

It's really no mystery.

But I assume you will go off on another bizarre tirade about my hair length or something instead of addressing your motivations for trying to make up a bunch of drama about the Pro Masters division at EIEIO, or for trying now to start a bunch of crap about how you are such poor persecuted individual who doesn't deserve it. :p
