I have a good friend from TX that flew into RDU to play some golf. When I picked him up at the airport he looked shell shocked. When I asked him what was wrong he said "You have so many tress here and they are so tall. How do you hyzer over them?" I told him you don't.

i remember playing in Texas and throwing a route on a hole that no one had every seen anyone do on it.

I threw straight at it.

I've played all 3 courses at Circle R2, Z-Boaz and Veterans. Only of of those 90 holes I would consider anything remotly close to holes in NC - it really is a different world out here

Pretty funny... I actually had to learn the spike hyzer when I moved out to Colorado. Trying to go over the trees never crossed my mind in NC :D

Once again I hope ya'll had a great weekend...I played another local tourny this past weekend...It was a blast....we played at Lake Whittaker which is a campground about 20 minutes from home....Camping...Disc Golf...Cold Beer...Life is good...

And...My husband played his first tourament this weekend....YEAH!!...and he finished all 4 rounds....including the glowie round....So ya...way to go honey.... :D

The QC had over 50 fountain drinks, 15 smoothies, iced coffee, slushes , etc. The best thing was you could get a 72oz drink (Any mixture of what they had to offer) for $1.25 and refills were 90 cent. Which was sweet after a round in 107 degree weather.
