hey wayne. i showed up for the late night at hunter park wednesday at 10:00 pm just like you told me. i was surprised that no one else showed up. not only was it cold, but holes 1 thru 4 were horrible. even with the moonlight, it was way too dark to see much of anything. i lost most of my discs, and by the time i left the park at 3:52 am, i was citied for breaking the curfew. well maybe next month i will have better luck. can i ride with you next time? :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

Here's the deal...tee pad for hole 8 at Dolese. There's probably 8-10 people in the group (back when the Aceholes played herd golf every Saturday morning) and it's cold outside, ice on Dolese's pond. Larry stands on the edge of the pond (facing south) and says he's going to crank a disc all the way across. The disc goes about 2/3 of the way across, hits on its edge (and spits up water through the ice), turns and rolls all the way back to him. You could hear the disc spinning on the ice, ZING ZING ZING, cause it's spinning faster than it's rolling. It rolls all the way back across to him, he bends over and picks up the disc while standing on the edge of the pond, never takes a step from the time he throws it until the time it comes back to him. UNREAL

Not rechargable but they do have a replaceable battery. The battery that comes in them are supposed to last several thousand hours.
The light with the velcro will add approx 7gr to the overall weight. It will make every disc a little more stable than before the light was added.

But they sure do look COOL in the dark. :D

They have red, green, blue and white.

Dave what part of the store did you get those lights in? I found the simple Rod and Bobb's Becon lights. But they don't come in the color of blue. :( But they do last for 21 hours... :D

Also whats the best way to attach the lights to the disc? Duck tape is good but loses its stickyness.

Yup, doin it Tulsa Style. We had 10 people at the first one. I'm doing mulligans the same (Lakefront Open) and ctp's before the round etc. This course is a pitch and putt though. With the mullies, you have to shoot 14 or better to cash :D
