There is supposed a place in town that converts a standard folding table into a 10 seat poker table. They are supposed to be sturdy and are around $150. Just a thought.

Now on to my original purpose for getting on the board this morning, and that is to call my shot...#27 coming tonight...BELIEEEVE IT!! :D

Chalk another one up in the loss column. Shot a course record the first round at one of the sweetest courses I have ever played. TONS of OB and I was able to stay clean the first round (1039 rated) and keep it off the trees but the 2nd round wasn't as good hit lots of trees and they usually ended up OB after the fact. So I got 2nd a BIG FAT LOSS. The course had tons of elevation and the 2nd round my [censored] was dragging. I will be in better shape soon and get back on the winning ways.

I am not a musician and I really don't know the equipment, but I think you will like the new PA system at the lodge. I went to The Music Store and bo't one of those 1200 watt combo mixer/amplifiers. Then I have two Peavey speakers that have 15 inch woofers, they sound pretty good.

Jim's never seen a speaker system he can resist buying :cool:

The last hand could've been the worst hand I played all night.

5-7 off-suit versus your KK

I was big blind and reraised, pre-flop. you called.

3-4-Q(?) on the flop. Not sure what happened next but I thought it was time to get lucky with the way those hands were hitting all night. Long story short, got a blank on the turn. I was all-in at this point, not sure why. Needed a A or 6. Looking for the gut shot, and caught a 6 on the river.

VERY LUCKY. I feel extremely fortunate to come away with the win.
