yes olse got second. Nolan booming hole 4 was pretty awesome ans the way cody played hole 5 to 6 for the drop in 4 was cool. Alex D hit a putt from the road on hole 5 to 6 but it was for a 5. not sure why he putted. also not sure why Coda played from the wrong side when he went OB on hole 7 to 10A he never made it in bounds on the side he putted from ??? but the TD was there and never said anything so I guess they thought he made it in bounds on the basket side,

Funnier story: Coda, Nolan, Kelly Allen, and myself are on the leader card in Wichita Falls TX10 final round. The 2nd hole was long...600 footer. Coda has the box, and Booooooms one 570ish, right of center, leaving about a 60 footer.

Nolan looks over at me with eyes that say "Nobody is allowed to throw further than me!" I simply shook my head and whispered "Don't even try to top that, just get a good pull, and take your three. Odds are Coda won't get a 2.....it's a 60 footer!"

Well, Nolan was never good at listening to his elders. :DHe tried to top Coda's toss. Bad idea. He turned it over way too much...hits the high grass early and way right....stops cold.....surrounded by mesquite trees....three throws later Nolan takes a four to Coda's three.

If you say you can throw further, then I believe. I also know this, on the 3rd skins hole on your second shot you laced a beauty big S shot right in the alley. Best shot I saw all weekend.

Seeing Nolan throw hole 4 in the final regulation 9 was pretty incredible. He boomed it twice and had a run at a three. Is he now the only player to win Outlaws twice?

there was no shirts in the players packages. there was a useless water bottle, 10% off home improvements from V's neighbor and that was it in mine no innova bottle opener. Since it was so nice I will be CTP'ong mine 2nite if anyone wants to come out for a chance at it. I will even let you pick the hole. :mad:

Many great things happened (how about that program where all tee times were posted before the event and were not late). The T.D. must know what he is doing. The sponsor, staff, players and the course were great.
Good to see the out of towners! Many stories of the weekend....which tells shows me there was lots to do and everyone had fun doing them.
