and...hmmm...I'm hard pressed to choose from among my Arrow, my Evolution Wizard, and a U2 Prostyle. Probably depends on the wind conditions, temperature, and humidity, actually. The first two, however, are no-brainers.

Depends on the course!
Before the Memorial (Vista Del Camino and Fountain Hills with tournament layout), I would have said something different. However, after playing those tournament courses I will say ...
New DX/Pro/Star Aviar
New DX/Pro Roc
New DX/Pro Eagle (or maybe a NEW DX/Pro/Star Wraith)
(quality of plastic might vary depending on balance of bank account)
If you were there, you know what I mean. ;)
Save all the pricey, broken-in, lovely plastic for DRY, safe courses, lol. I saw too many of those babies go into the drink during the Memorial (and too many golfers cry when they didn't get them back) to depend on "special", or "favorite" discs. Lesson learned. I actually replaced a few lost discs with Pro or Star ... but CE, CFR or special discs are hard/expensive to replace, no matter how good a golfer you are.
