I really like the course - really cool holes ( I really like elevation). There are a few skecthy holes, but its a really fun course. Most every hole has 2 pins ( I think there are like 7 that don't) and 18 has 4 and is one of the coolest holes in NC.

Its a course where everything is birdieable (except one hole when it is in the longs) but underpar is a good score. Lots of fast greens and a few open boomer holes.

It is also a very well run tournament. I've had a blast going both years.

Who's freeThursday afternoon, August 31st? My flight gets in at 3. Don't make me take a cab to Valley Springs, it'll just #$*&$! me off.

I just found out that since Hall of Famer Alan Beaver is planning on moving to Chapin SC he has decided not to run for State Coordinator this year.

I had not planned to run unless I was sure that Alan was moving.
