The partnership between the PDGA and UDisc continues to grow.

Already the official app of the PDGA, UDisc and disc golf’s governing body have re-upped their commitment for 2020. That means PDGA members can count on another year of a free upgrade to UDisc Pro as part of their benefits package, among other bonuses.

"We're very excited to continue our partnership with the PDGA to build bigger and better things together in 2020," UDisc co-founder Matt Krueger said. "There will be several updates to the UDisc app in the offseason, with more to come in 2020."

As of mid-October, close to 30,000 active PDGA members had taken advantage of the subscription upgrade to keep track of their scores, share stats with friends, find courses, and search an online version of the PDGA Official Rules of Disc Golf.

With another year of partnership, too, comes an expansion to the scope of events covered by UDisc Live, the company’s instant scoring platform: Players and fans will now be able to track scores and statistics for all six events of the 2020 PDGA Euro Tour, which kicks off its season in Croatia on April 12. Already on board for six PDGA National Tour events, four professional PDGA Majors, and the Disc Golf Pro Tour, that puts UDisc Live at 27 events in the coming year.

“European disc golf fans are incredible, and we're thrilled to showcase the 2020 Euro Tour events to disc golf fans around the world,” Krueger said.

PDGA Technology Director Steve Ganz said the evolution of the partnership will help enhance PDGA membership benefits both in the United States and abroad.

"After a great inaugural year, we're excited to continue our partnership with UDisc in 2020,” Ganz said. “Bringing UDisc to the PDGA Euro Tour will help elevate the presentation of these events to fans in Europe and beyond."

Users can download UDisc in the App Store or on Google Play.
