I used my WGE winnings voucher to purchase a tour official shirt from the PDGA store over a month ago, and I have not received anything except an email confirming my order. I received that email over a month ago. I replied to it about a week ago to ask for an update on my order, and I have received no response.

Is this rate of delivery and response typical, or is there cause for concern (you know, beyond the concern of it being typical)?
