The 2011 Met Center Open is just around the corner. This is looking to be a bigger event than last year with more competitors, more prizes and more cold hard cash for earnings. September 23 will be the day to bring out your partner for some flex start doubles. The first card goes out at 3pm and the last card goes out at 5pm. Amateur team cost is $20 and Open team cost is $30. Registration and payment will be accepted for the singles event starting the next day.

Saturday, September 24 we begin our singles event with the Open players first tee at 8am. ALL OPEN PARTICIPANTS that have not registered before Saturday will need to be at the course no later than 7:30am. ALL AMATEUR PARTICIPANTS that have not registered before Saturday will need to be at the course no later than 8:30am.

Due to registration being accepted the morning of the event, tee time blocks will be assigned. Each division will tee during their designated block. Times may be delayed but they will not go earlier. Each participant will need to arrive with plenty of time before their scheduled block of times.

Open Tee Block Begins at 8am � All Open Divisions
Advanced Tee Block Begins at 9am � All Advanced Divisions
Intermediate and Recreational Tee Block begins at 10am � All Int. and Rec. Divisions
Tee times for the 2nd and 3rd rounds will be specifically assigned following the previous round.

Online registration can be found at mrdiscgolf.com and it will remain open through Wednesday. After that the best way to register will be to find Bird at Play It Again Sports of Austin South store or come out Friday for the doubles.

We will be having a HUGE raffle with lots of prizes to win including an Innova Discatcher Sport basket. We will also have a CTP game going on throughout the weekend that anybody can participate in.
