A few TD updates. I should have the schedule out to you guys this weekend including breakfast & lunch menu, course assignments & meeting/start times. There will be a few slight changes to the south course, but nothing earth shattering. For speed of play & overall player enjoyment, Recreational & Intermediate players will not play the technical OB on either course. They will play traditional park OB rules (cable, road, fences, etc.), but will not play the string on the north or beyond the path on the south OB as Adv & Open divisions will. So don't be scared, go to www.teamjusticediscgolf.com & get your butts signed up. :)

Should registration excede 80 players, course assignment will change to run both courses on the same day with Rec & Int on one course & Adv & Open on the other. Players will not be turned away Friday - no registration Saturday.

so... south course? is that the course used for twc last year? i've only seen it that time for mixed dubs the friday before. trying to get an idea of what i'm looking at

Yes Ish, we played the south course in 2010 @ TX Women's. Temp course, only installed for tournaments that plays behind the Dell Diamond. Adv & Pro will play path & beyond OB, Rec & Int will play on path OB - speed of play. OSP 21 holes has been roped - it's strung & flagged now if you want the practice.

Wed mini @ OSP 5:00 start 4:45 sign-up on the USWDGC/Outlaw's layout. Player's list up to date. Please e mail me with any changes (need added, moved, or removed). Breakfast sales SAt @ 7:15ish & lunch sales both days. HUGE raffle with basket as grand prize & more merch coming in everyday. Huge thanx goes out to all our sponsors, the RR PARD the ladies of the WTF, the boyz of the Double R, & everyone else who's got a hand in making this event great again this year!! Wanted to get this out ASAP - Due to the extreme fire danger in Central TX, there will be absolutely no smoking (of anything) during tournament rounds @ Outlaw's this weekend. I've contacted the PDGA & even though there is not currently a smoking ban in OSP as the TD I can & have made this special rule for this year's event. There will be no warnings, no discussion, no nothing but disqualification & a request for you to exit the park imediately. This will be announced at the players meeting & in the program.

I know it sounds harsh - watching helicopters pull water from the lake @ OSP yesterday to help fight area wild fires really brought it home. It's just not gonna hppen on my watch. Too much destruction already.

Also, in support of the disaster, WTF will be collecting items for people affected by the fires. Please bring a bag of these items - or others - for a raffle ticket.

� New packages of underwear (ladies, toddler, mens, etc.)

� Cell Phole Chargers (all types)

� Religious items (bibles, rosaries, prayer books)

Players list is up to date. If you are not paid by 8:00pm Friday you will not be put on a card & will not play 2011 Outlaw's. WTF will be @ the Rabb pavilion from 3pm-8pm Friday running doubles & taking tournament sign-up. teamjusticediscgolf.com will keep the online sign-up on until 8:00pm Friday. If you want to move divisions - all changes must be made by 8:00pm Friday. Absolutely no payments or changes Saturday. There must be 3 players to provide a division.

BYOP doubles on the North OSP 21 course - with OB for Open/Masters & Adv - Friday flex start 3:00-5:00. Open, Masters, Adv, & Am - 3 teams to provide a division. $15 a person Open & Masters, $10 a person Adv/Am. Adv & Ams paid in merch. All payout Sunday at awards.

Scores are up - I think the round ratings are inflated, so don't get too excited. I'll get with Chuck & sort things out. 1st round 8:30 start OSP Gold 21. Cards will be ready at 8:00. Final Round 14 holes OSP Gold - 1/2 of each division + ties make the cut. With top 1/3rd payout.
