The 7th Annual DEPC will have a Casino theme!

It will be held on the weekend of October 22nd & 23rd......so save the date!

We will have enough room for 100 competitors this year, but don't let this keep you from pre-registering!!!

Saturday, October 22nd's two rounds will be played at ECU's new course!

I will update the flyer to reflect this change.

Workdays for West Meadowbrook Park have been scheduled for the following days:

October 1st @ 10:00AM
October 2nd @ 1:30PM--following baggers
October 9th @ 1:30PM--following baggers
October 15th @ 10:00AM

We need to clean up the debris left from Hurricane Irene.

Please bring rakes, cutting tools, gloves, and other yard tools to help.

I want to get the fairways and paths between holes cleaned up so we can walk without twisting ankles.

If you are cleaning up stuff near the baseball fields, make the piles next to the fences.......don't block entrances though!

Can we get directions to the new course. North Recreational complex. Found the complex. It is located on the NE side of Greenville. I think players are going to like this course. It brings a different style of play to North Carolina. Placement may be a key ingredient. I really liked the course. Somebody at DEPC has done some real work to put in such a pleasant course.

what goes on in the Cool Vanilla, stay's in the Cool Vanilla. If we cant smoke in our cars, we have reached a new level in this country.

punctual times will need to be posted. Ill check in, then leave to go smoke, then return for players meeting, then leave to go smoke/eat instead of supporting the club lunch, and return on time for round 2. For this no smoking crap to apply, TD will need to keep all of us informed on what times things happen. If I am sitting in my truck, with windows up, I am not smoking.

Smoking in cars is fine--please don't throw your butts in the parking lot--I know most of us are conscience of littering, so that shouldn't be a problem.

can't wait to be back in g-vegas. just some food for thought but that is a tight time table. 15 minutes to go from stopping reg. and starting players meeting will be o.k. if everything goes perfect. 13 minutes to hold players meeting, go over OB, Thank sponsors and all the other stuff that goes along with it AND giving people ample time to get to they're holes and putt a few times could be asking alot of yourself and the players.

I feel alot more comfortable now. I was kinda worried, I play to relax. Hemi on in 35 hours, Invading Invasion . I am a pretty good grandmasterintermediaterec player.

@DG--Yes I know there will be a timeline issue there......tee time, in actuality will probably be closer to 9:45.
