If a player has alienated the property owner of a private course, through disrespect of parking rules, smoking rules, bringing illegal substances onto the property, fighting and generally being an irritant, can this player be denied participation in a sanctioned tournament held on private property by the property owner.
I'm the TD and I'm faced with this problem. Who's rights are more important? And should said player be allowed to play?
I would deny the player.
Short answer: the property owner can cancel the tournament by asking everyone to vacate the premises.

This has been asked many many times on here.
Very simple. With sanctioned events, if the event is on private property, the property owner has the right to say that a person cannot be on his or her property.
If it is on public property, only a player that is suspended from PDGA events can be denied entry to a PDGA event.

Here is the old thread with plenty of discussion on this very topic:
Banned player from private course.. (http://www.pdga.com/discussion/showthread.php?t=26217)

Even then, if the Park Dept has reason to ban someone, they can.

this would suck wouldn't it.......chances are though if the person has worn a welcome out on a private property, there are probably many "public" people that may pay extra to keep said violater off the course.....
