What some call "his opinion" is opinion based on years of watching these things. IS he right 100% of the time? Nope. But, instead of whining about it here incessantly, talk to the RC or CD. Get it straight instead of repeatedly telling a person you think he's an idiot (or, just saying he's an idiot--libelous? slanderous?) Playing Surface. That doesn't mean Non-Playing Surface. How can it? In Bounds--Playing Surface. Out of Bounds--NON playing surface. Simple and logical. Quit trying to make this rocket science.


If you read the thread you would see the RC was asked and ruled different than Chuck's interpretation. Chuck's response is they are wrong and they will reconsider to match his opinion.

Why did you put "his opinion" in quotes? It is almost as if you believe he is the only one who has an opinion based on years of watching these things.
