There was a local tournament scheduled for today but due to weather it was cancelled. Does anyone know the PDGA refund policy. The tournament has been rescheduled for next weekend but I'm going to be in Bowling Green thus I can't attend. Thanks for any info you might have.

The official refund policy is in the Competition manual, but I don't think it covers tournaments that are postponed.

I would imagine that since the TD made the call to change the date of the event, for whatever reason, then every player should be given the option to get a full refund if they want it. They made the commitment to play on the original date, so if the event is postponed, they shouldn't be beholden to the new date.

And if the TD decides otherwise on this matter you have every right to take a pipe wrench to the back of their knees. Tell him/her, I said so!
