Field capped at 72 Ams we will fill up like we do every year. USDGC qualifier for both Ams and Pros. If you haven't already read up on the qualifying process this year you can find the details on the PDGA home page. It is a handicap system giving everyone a great shot at making a run at Rockhill in Oct.
I have BIG $money$ to kick int this event. If you haven't yet heard of Flyboy it is ranked number 3 in thw country on disc golf course review. It is the best that we have to offer here in Atlanta. JP Mosley is another great course with par fives. Both courses will test your arm and skills across the board. These two courses are well worth your time. Sign up now and enjoy a great tournament with great money, prizes, courses, and much more.
JP Mosley - Pros two rounds of 18 on Sat April 16th
Flyboy - Pros one round of 27 on Sunday April 17th
Nature Boy will be on sight with Liz Car to broadcast live over the internet both days. He also is planning to film a Clash DVD at Flyboy on Monday following the AO.
Lots of action on the line. If you are interested in sponsoring the tournament please contact me. Each $100 hole sponsor gets a Columbia back pack with computer sleeve and AO embroidery ($85 retail), tournament tshirt or disc, plus name on tsign.
Come one come ALL.

Cmon A-Tier. Where are the updated results to look up online? The ATL Open website has a twitter listed saying some 980 something player is leasing the field by 8 strokes? Someone out there has to know something

Sorry for the delay.

Ratings seem unreasonably high. May be due to the published pars for the courses. I am going to talk with the PDGA in the AM to see what I or the system did wrong.
Amazing weekend of disc golf.
Nothing but positive feedback on both courses.
Everyone represented the sport as professionally as I have ever seen.
Thanks for helping us to keep FlyBoy flying.

Pars on the courses have no bearing on the ratings. I looked and the only thing I question is whether all Ams and Pros played Mosely in R2? That's how the courses were assigned in R2. Otherwise, it shows the pros playing Mosely in R1 and Flyboy in R3 and the reverse for the Ams which sounded like the event flyer.

Chuck,
Please take another look at the Course Layout section. I created separate FlyBoy Saturday/Sunday and Moseley Saturday/Sunday courses on the ratings tab under course layout. FlyBoy was only one round and Moseley was 2 rounds. That was the only way I could think of to differentiate between courses/days played.

Looks okay and you did Moseley just how you needed to do it for R2. The ratings maybe look a little higher for Open than "normal" because the average rating of the propagators is high. But the average round ratings generated always match the average ratings of the props.

Thanks to everyone for the amazing turnout and overall great vibe that was the AO this year.
All I heard all weekend from PROs and AMs alike was that FlyBoy is an incredible experience. Big Jerm said it best "Flyboy exceeds the hype." If you feel that way and really mean it, please show it by posting a review on DGCR.
I don't and I am sure Kelly doesn't want anyone to throw fluff at the course. Be honest and sincere in what you write.
I mean really, how many places like this do you think there are in the world? If the place had permanent tees I think it would detract from the aesthetics of the course. Throw in all the positives and I want to give it a 5.5 rating but they won't let me.
The best way for you to keep FlyBoy flying is to promote the course and the Bed and Breakfast to your fellow golfers.
Thank you for your support. :-)
