We will have lunch on site you can order in the morning again provided by Jersey Mike's
The nearest food place is about 25-30 minutes away and this does not typically give players enough time to get there eat and get back within an hour.
Please purchase a lunch from Jersey Mikes or bring a lunch with you.

So many Am's, so few Pro's and Masters. Think splitting them up next year would be a good idea? I know some of us Nova guys wanted to play.

Thanks for a fun event. My skills at battling the water holes have improved. My worst trip through holes 8-11 was +2. Never got a birdie on any of em though...
It was good getting back there. and thanks to Terry G for putting me up Saturday night.
I have a suggestion for 2012. Could be fun and you might get some players who have vowed never to return...
LEFT HANDED DIVISION.
It's just that simple. Has it ever been done? While I enjoy playing against anyone, it would be quite fun to have a division of guys with the same unique skill set.
That way, when we play at Buckhorn, we will no longer suffer further sanctions from the ILHO.
It's just a thought. It would make it a lot more enjoyable, and make it just a little harder to cash as a righty... I'm an idea guy. It's what I do. :)
If you think it's a silly idea... that's probably because you're a righty or you're a righty who hasn't played this course.
I had a lot of fun and it was great to see Zeb take the win in his first masters tournament.
Oh, and please have water out on the course, even if it's 20 degrees out!
Thanks for the fair payout in the pro divisions too!
Apex Wings (players party location) had some good wings!
OK, that's enough... back on your heads.

4 the record, I couldn't attend the players cerimony, because I had a funeral rehearsal to attend. My sisters Boyfriends Father Past away, so I had to scramble. I tryed to pay my respects to the ones I could before I left. AND.. No, it wasnt because I was mad.
I wanted however to say a few things on here about the weekend that i didnt get to say.
1st of all the weather was fantastic, the course was playing the best i have ever seen. I cant wait for the spring or summer event comming up out there. Next I want to say how much I relished the competition this weekend. I want to commend Jeff, and matt for handling buisness. but most of all Zeb. I used to battle this dude back in the day, But we became friends. This weekend I had alot of fun watching him play. I told him Thanks for The @$$ whoopin, But the truth is, theres more to it than good shots and putts to me. I enjoy watching people play well, but I also enjoy Character of the Game and Class. Zeb played the part of Champion very well this weekend In all phases of the Game. No, he didn't play perfect, But He did enough of what he had to, to win. He showed great Poise and commitmet to the game plan, and not laying off the throttle, but remaining level headed regardless of the sway. He was Very smooth, and I relish the next oppurtuninty to play with him again. I do enjoy competition, It breeds success. His mental game was better than mine this weekend... and the course helped make it a lil worse..lol. This course is one where confidence can also kill you. and it did.. :) . But to Zeb and Jeff and Matt, great playin this weekend. And also Thank you Mike and S.A and the Raleigh Crew for running the event. Harris Lake Parks and rec's. Congradulations Again.

Anybody else notice that the official ratings are really off?
Intermediate division seems to be listed as playing a harder layout than the rest, look at those ratings. I'm not sure how this happened...
I shot 8 strokes worse than the Int division winner, and I averaged 959.75. The int winner averaged 998.75
I believe the first and third rounds were shorts for all but the intermediates who shot from the shorts all 4 rounds.
This pretty much compromises everybody's rating average for the event.
How would we go about appealing this? I already sent a note to the TD. Is it something that would get adjusted at the next rating update?
