Sounds like the 9-hole mini golf is a go, thanks for getting those together Brian:) Please don't forget them and it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a back-up just in case if you have a metal mini basket and hadn't already committed one.
We are also are proud to announce the Kan Jam tournament is officially on with Sun King Discs out of Florida as the official sponsor of that event! Sun King runs the Players Cup, Tour del Sol and the Disc Golf Cruise:

There has been a lot of interest in Kan Jam portion of the event and rightfully so! I encourage you to check out this addictive, anytime team game. There will be a few of the Kan Jam games available after the tournament.
http://www.kanjam.com/
We are still finalizing the actual Kan Jam tournament format that will depend mostly on teams that sign up. With that being said, we may have to limit the field at some point and without pre-reg we will have to roll on first come first served option. So if you know you want in on the Kan Jam action at $10 per team please post your name by doing a quick reply quoting this post and adding your team name and team players names.

New shoes will not help. As I once heard Lee Trevino say, "It aint the arrow, it's the Indian".

Playing more is only to justify buying the shoes, I am in no way expecting great play tomorrow, but Norfolk, we will have fun in the Kan-Jam tournament for at least one round!

Whew, what a great day! Thanks for supporting the Live Oak Ice Bowl.
We had 85 participants that brought 440 lbs of food for G.R.A.S.P.
I will post scores and the charity totals after the accounting gets finished.
First, its golf day Sunday, sleep in Monday:D
Kan Jam tournament was a complete ball and the mini course was sick this year if I do say so myself.
Des and I hope you all enjoyed yourselves, we couldn't make this such a success without you. I don't think Brian is ever going to be taking his Miles Austin jersey off, ever
Why weren't you here?

All right, back in the saddle.
We worked our tails off for this one, but it was a pleasure just to see everyone having such a great time. Even more important is that we also helped out some great causes while we played in the park.
440 lbs of food for the Greater Randolph Area Services Program :D
$200 to GRASP :D
$300 to Live Oak Disc Golf Alliance for new course and upgrade initiatives :D
$1,200 to the Educational Disc Golf Experience for disc golf growth in San Antonio :D
Great job everyone, thanks for making it great!
We would love our $35 water cooler back if anyone sees it around the course for some reason

Also, results from side fun:
Patrick Wright brings in most food with 30 lbs :D Not only did he win the package for that, but also the basket raffle due to the 30 tickets he got for each pound of food, awesome!
RiX won the CTP contest with One Step Steph a close second
Missing who won the four way throw off for the mini golf
Brian Paschal won the most raffle goods, but Grant Birdwell won the Innova DisCatcher Sport :)
All new players found the four hidden prize eggs. They must have been in the rough often
Team Amigo takes down the Jim Bob N Yeti team in a heated final match after both teams passed through the 16 team bracket undefeated. They all win sweet packages sponsored by Sun King Discs!
