Not there for next year yet. The new rules start in January but the first NT event isn't until early March.

Someone is a TD, and thus an official, in 2 days. I thought officials had to re-test with this year's rule changes, and you had to be a current official to TD.
Have I got that wrong? Or is there a grace period for the first few months?

Don't know. Sounds like you're an official by default until the new test is ready to take.
