It is time again to get out to Rivery Park for the Winter Meltdown 2! We will be having a one day Sunday C-tier at Rivery Park in Georgetown. On-line registration ends Friday, July 9th � Register Sunday morning by 8am if there are spots still available and you missed on-line registration.

Check in at Tournament Headquarters no later that 8am on Sunday December 12th. Players meeting will start at 8:20 and we will have a shotgun start at 8:50. You will have a 1 hour break for lunch after the last card is turned in. After the second round we will have a CTP, if no one hits an ace, and the awards ceremony.

SPECIFICS:
- Date: Sunday, December 12, 2010
- Registration: Before 8:00 AM Sunday
- Mandatory Player's Meeting: 8:20 AM
- First Round: 8:50 AM Shotgun Tee-off

With the Rivery Park Winter Meltdown 2 being held on the Double R Disc Golf Club's Sunday rotation, the Club Sunday mini will be canceled this week. In order to support the growth of Disc Golf in Central Texas, the Club Sunday ace pot will be available to current Double R Disc Golf Club members during the morning round at the Meltdown. As a mini coordinator, Jamie has some & I'll be there with member tags & T-shirts.

If you'd like to join/renew with the Double R Disc Golf Club (or make sure you're current before the round starts), please try to get with Jamie or I early Sun am (or even before Sunday) to do so so that we're able to focus on being a disc golfer instead of a supporter in enough time to gain focus & whoop some arse @ the Rivery.:)

Never heard of someone not being able to collect on a "tournament ace" because they aren't members of the local club.

Bone........club members will be eligable to receive the regular Sunday club mini as well as the tourney ace......if not a RR club member you are elgible for the tourney ace

The tourney ace is available to all who pay their $5 for the ace pot. The Double R is putting up their ace pot to all current members for the morning round since they are not having their regularly scheduled mini on Sunday morning. It has nothing to do with the tourney ace pot.

Online registration is closed. There are only a couple of spots left. Due to time contraints and it getting dark sooner, we will have to limit the field to 72-75 players. We are filled up. If you did not get in I am sorry. I am sure there will be a couple of no shows in the morning, but I can't promise anything. If you want to drive up in the morning and see if someone no shows you are welcome, but it is a roll of the dice. Might take one more rec player to even out the cards, but that is about it. See you all in the AM. Make sure you are there early to register if you did not sign up at Titledisc. We have a bunch of people to sign up in the morning and time will be a factor. Please make sure you are not running late tomorrow!
