Alright... 2010 is over. When's a good time to start talking about next years series?

Looking for people to run all the events except the FIO & BMO (assuming Bird is running that again). Time for other SADC members to step up and TD some events. Its not that hard. You can do it!

Should the Ice Bowl be part of the series?

I'm down to run The San Antonio Open in 2011! I've already had a few fellow SADC'rs say they will help out too.

The Ice Bowl would be great as part of the series. Would the point system stay the same?

Maybe LODGA can join up with their Ice Bowl also. The more locals we get playing, the bigger these events will get!

i was about to post about the ice bowl... what were you guys thinking? or how? ice bowl will be doubles as it has been in the past. if you guys want to figure out how to do points for doubles i'm willing to listen.

Same points system, only diff will be instead of getting 2 points for beat a person, you'll get that for beating a team.

Points Only for the Charity. Consider it "Bonus Points" towards your "Bonus Payout"!!

Also I think Micah wanted to TD the SA Open too so perhaps the 2 of you can Co-TD it.

Also there's a redesign that needs to be done at Pearsall. We've got the OK from the city just need to the workers. I'll setup some work days in 2011.

We need a TD ASAP for the Nightmare @ Nani if that is going to happen (Micah????) The dates shown are the best dates from a moon perspective (i.e. no moon). Also I need firm committments on the rest of the tourneys. Working with sponsors now so I need to be able forecast events. If you are concerned with the payout, don't be that will potentially be outsourced this year.

The April date has to move because Justice scheduled on that date, which is Easter weekend. Typically the THC has been Easter weekend but looks like that will change.

FYI, Should all events be sanctioned this year?

Jan 8th would work best for me. I have a lot going on the weekend of the 29th.

Micah... you beat me to the post. I got my old lady to OK me running The Nightmare last night.... the 8th works for me also. Count me in for bring a basket out to Nani. Does anyone have an extra set of inside chains? My basket only has the outter set.

I have 2 baskets

April 16 and 17 is the Glass Blown Open in Topeka, KS. Just saying for those who might have wanted to come visit and play in that tourney. If you could move THC to the weekend before that I might be able to come down and play. Either way just throwing in my 2 cents and I am liking the line up for next year.

Is it the Fly Ink open?? It is listed as the Alamo City Championship on the PDGA tourny site... Can we change that Scott???:confused:

Players only get 50 points for particpation for play in the ice bowl. Since there is no payout, there are no other points awarded (points are now awarded based on payout).

I will work on some stamps for the Fly Ink Sizzler and the BMO. I would love to see a bunch of stamp Ideas for the BMO its one of my favorite tournys and deserves the best possible stamp. I know Rix and Micah can come up with some super cool shiz as well!!

Scott, On the Ice bowl points....Can you use them as "flex points" and move them to a division of your choice sence no player bested or divison lead points are being granted? Can a player play open or advanced or Mixed in the Ice bowl and flex there points to the division they will normaly play in the series???

Yes, They will be assigned based on where you played in the last event. If people want to move them to another division they can contact me for that. No changes after 1 week from the date the points are first posted.

ice bowl staff was bird, greg galloway, taylor snyder (played and staffed), and a couple others who don't even play disc golf. they were just here to support us.

I noticed that I received points for open at the Ice Bowl and points for Adv. Masters for the other events I have played. I did not know if it made any differents.

I can move your ice bowl points whereever you want the, since they are just participation points. Schedule an update for last week and that didn't happen. Should happen tomorrow.

I played Pro Masters because no one else was in Advanced Masters so, assuming I get the points, are they in Pro Masters or Advanced Masters?

Also, chuckles played Gonzo in Pro Masters so he should have some points for that tournament.

Yes, I got the money so at a minimum everyone who played will get particpation points but without he TD report and can't calc all the other points.

That's weak... I finished 4th at Gonzo and need those extra point to stay ahead of Wallace since I am not playing the FIO.
