Well, its a little more than 6 hours or so and its not the dirve there we were considering, it's the drive back. Some of us have jobs we have to be to on Monday morning. Just like coming back from Rick Hill. They dropped me at the airport and I was home by 3pm they didn't get back until 3 am the next morning.

I wish the Tulsa advanced field would travel to more out of state events.. Like these awesome masters players...
There is a lot of local talent missing out on the joy of competing out of state
Going to another state and sweep their tourney's "see Texas"
The road trip itself
And most importantly getting to play some of the best courses in the nation, and disc golf holes that would blow you away.

Hutch don't look at the glass as half empty..
The PDGA requires that test so that people have a general understanding of the rules.
We can't have people competing in the highest levels of tournaments and not know what a falling putt is or what to do if a 3some has someone quit in the middle of the round.
Just basic knowledge that keeps everyone on a high standard at these select tournaments.
If you want to play without a shirt drinking beer and flipping your disc as a marker that is totally cool and there are tournaments just for you.
But if you want to act like a pro and be treated like one there are those type of tournaments also available... These are the types I prefer.
Oh and I used the word "YOU" several times above but in no way am I directing all this at you Hutch.
