The 2010 Bull City Showdown is just a few weeks away here in Durham, NC. For those that aren't in the know, a temp course is set up on an old ball golf course from 20s that's just about perfect for disc golf. Large, established trees, lots of open grassy areas, and a couple creeks coursing through the area lead to big throws, short throws, technical shots and a fair bit of OB, all in a very chill environment.

We have several sponsors this year, led by our title sponsor "Dain's Place" on 9th Street (a fantastic neighborhood bar with a killer beer selection and outstanding burgers). We also have sponsorship from MAK Electric and Counter Culture Coffee among others. The pertinent info is on the flyer pasted below.

Come on out, it'll be a blast!

Dains Place and The Bull City Disc Club are proud to present:

Looks like this event will fill. We've got 8 spots left. Ping me if you want in.

Also, in addition to our players pack discs, we have CFR Leopards, Wraiths, Gazelles, and Makos. The first 3 are Glo CFR, the Mako not.

Any other late changes to the layout other than: Saturday hole# 2 and 7?

I heard the #2 teepad has moved across the creek (to the drop zone) and pin is all the way back to the original location.

And #7 teepad moved down the hill away from the road OB.

Are these all of the correct changes?

Is the event full @ 72?

Looks like Bert makes #73 (Welcome Bert!), so if the event is now open to 90 players, you may want to make an announcement. Otherwise the 1st post still advertises that the event is capped at 72.
There may be more last minute folks interested in playing who don't realize registration is still available.

Non-registrants,
If you're interested in showing up, and you're still awake at this point, there's still a place for you.

And yes, changes on #2 and #7 tomorrow. You'll see when you get there. Pretty sweet changes, but yes, modified from the Saturday doubles round this past weekend.
