Just got back from Moooody's and the new layouts are rockin

Just a few notes....

Shotgun starts...no tee times
All non-pro players get a disc in the players pack
Discnation goodies in the players pack as well
ET and Stevo's "Eat It" will be the doing food all weekend (yum)
Two new courses that will challenge everyone and improve the flow
$500 added to the pro payout

Okay, I scanned & uploaded Moody's drawing (map with new layouts). Sorry about the water marks. It's the only copy I have & accidentally spilled coke on it :( Maybe Moody will send me a 'clean' copy :)

The North Course is longer & uses a combination of original holes, Ian's Course holes, & new holes.

The South Course is not as long but is more technical & has several totally new holes.

Most likely, Pros & MA1 will play the North Course twice & the South Course once, and all other Ams will play the South Course twice & the North Course once....with the Final 9 being on the North Course for everyone. That's not set in stone, yet, but seems to have a natural flow to it.

Anyone who asks to be put on 'the list' will go on the wait list until they sign up. Registration is available in the TeamJustice online Pro Shop & you can mail your entry to us as well.

A couple of things that will be different than Oktoberfest (requested by Moody....please respect his wishes....it's totally awesome that he, Julie, and Ian let us invade their place for the weekend and ....well, hopefully, you all get it, so I won't get on my soap box) -

- NO DOGS - please don't bring your dog(s). If you bring your dog, you will be asked to take him/her back home.
- NO FIREWORKS - even if Moody didn't ask us to post this, I would have. We spent a couple of hours the Monday after Oktoberfest cleaning up the firework mess & were still finding firework trash while we were there yesterday & Monday.

I'm working on a list of places to stay for folks that don't want to camp & will post it tonight.

Thanks for the no dogs and fireworks post Patty. As well as the trash from the fireworks(i told Michael to do it:D), my neighbors close to the camping area breed horses and have some young colts. The fireworks make them nervous, i totally get it.

I truly appreciate and get a big smile out of seeing folks come out, enjoy the property and the disc golf. I personally thank each and every one of you that continue to support Teamjusticediscgolf and our ranch golf.

Sat Breakfast: Tacos: up to 4 of: Sausage, Bacon, Potato, Egg & Cheese, tacos $2.50
2 Large Pancakes and 1 breakfast meat $3
Lunch: Cold Cut Sandwich with chips or pasta salad $6
Hot Sandwich Briskit or Pulled Pork TBD with chips or pasta salad $7

Dinner: Hand cut, cooked to order, Ribeye steaks, potatoes, fresh greens salad, and dinner roll $20, for those who preorder. Note: we will only prepare for those who preorder this meal. On a technacality-Jay did. Matt got him by a stick but didn't write his score down. He thought it was written on his card. He received a 2 stroke penalty and ended up losing by 1. Light tournout for this event-what happened to all the players that qualified?

was wondering the same thing.......kinda disappointing for a HOTT Final. Maybe people didn't want to get cold out there camping......Saturday was really nice though, wasn't too cold that night.

THANK YOU to everyone who participated in HOTT this year!

Despite the low turn-out at the Final, we were able to raise $600 for E.D.G.E., payout $6,932.00, and give away over $1500 in players' packs & CTPs.
It worked out very nicely for those that did show :)

That would be awesome. We always try to plan around you guys, 3rd Coast, and DD. It's getting harder to do, but we try all the same. Sorry we couldn't make the finals, and hope you guys survived a great year of tourney running.
