Texas Teams registration is now open. The registration form was emailed out last night, and it is also available for download on our website at www.circularproductions.com. Please fill it out, save it, and then email it to cp@moment.net. You need Excel to use this form. It would really help us out if you could be thorough and fill in all the requested information. Please do not use old forms from previous years or your own version of a registration form. We appreciate everyone using the form from this year.

The new TTC logo for this year is now on the website. We have two designs this year. One for the black shirts, which displays a night scene, and one for the white shirts, that display a daytime scene. Our graphic designer, Thomas, and Dee did a terrific job with the design. Please let them know if you like it.

This year we're adding 9 temporary holes to the Meadow course and 9 temporary holes to the Hill course (no Back 50 this year). We are expecting to get sold out again (about 360 players last year), so turn your forms in as soon as possible. We've already had 10-12 teams inquire in the last 2 weeks.

We look forward to seeing everyone again for the most fun event of the year.

Nope, no confrimation here. We called them to ask where to send it to, cause it wasn't actually posted on the Texas Team page of CPs website(but it is on there somewhere else). They said to just mail it to the address on the website. So that's what I did. Surely they got it.

John and I are out of the country from Oct 6th to Oct 23rd. So, if you want to be extra sure you're in, fill out the form and send it back by the 5th of October. After that, we are in Canada and though we have a staff person here handling everything, I just wouldn't wait till the last minute!

So somebody is there.....maybe they are just busy getting things ready?

Thanks for all the registrations; we're happy to report that we have about 35 teams registered. This means we are almost full. Looks like the Merged division may already be full. We have room for about 7 more Established teams, and we'd like to take some back-up teams in both categories just in case we can work them in. Keep sending in your registrations, and talk to Dee on the phone if you have any questions at 512-970-9001.

Many of you are wondering about paying for your entry fee. Please pay your captain -- we do not take payments from individual players. And th.ank your captains -- they have a tough job

It looks really bad for you and your team to "un-invite" the female player, upon finding out that this female is a REC player. If you truly are out to WIN at TX Teams and only want to find a player of a certain skill level, don't invite a female until you are sure she is who you want. Don't text/email the female that has already accepted your team's invitation, saying that you are still talking to a few people and that you'll let her know later if she's in or out. It really makes you look like a ******* and makes it that much harder for you to find another lady willing to join your team.

If I am way out of line, let me know. I just think there is a much better way to treat our female players, and I also know that most teams wouldn't go about it this way.

Speaking of Women Dgers...the CVDGA is sending a 6 (wo)man team to compete in the merged division! Very cool to see womens' disc golf growing here in San Angelo to the point there are 6(plus the one of our 9 man team) willing to go play Texas Teams!!

Hey Matt - if she hasn't been snatched up yet (or now hates discgolf because of some *******) have your girl gimme a call. Round Rock may be pulling together a 4th team off misfits. Round Rock know how to treat their ladies. PLus I'd love to see her on a team that would beat the crap out of the a-holes that dropped her.

We lost our match in the Sweet 16......it was really close. We tied our match and then it went to margin of victory for the tiebreaker. Another tough loss in the Sweet 16 for WaterLou2.

Had a great time and glad a local team brought it home!

Warlocks had a great time as always at this year's teams. Of course we wish we could have done a little better(like 3 strokes better to get out of the mixmaster), but hey when the highest rated player on your team is in the 930s, you can't expect to much, other than to have a great time with some great people.....mission accomplished!!! Thanks to Team THC for being some great neighbors through the weekend...that fried bacon and fried Oreo was AMAZING!!!! Oh and thanks for putting up with Patty(donavan)!!! :)

Thank to John, Dee, all the staff and "worker people" that make this weekend what it is to so many people! Goes way beyond just getting to play a disc golf tourney...Texas Teams is an amazing experience and the Warlocks thank you very much for allowing us to be a part of it! Can't wait till next year, you know we will be there!!!

John, Dee, and everyone else that had a hand in Texas Teams this year need about a million thank you's.....that was quite an event and it went pretty darn smoothly. Few understand what a monumental undertaking that was...their love and commitment to the game and this event rang loud and clear this weekend.

How bout them Abilene Wild Bunch boys!!! Got to the round of 8 and won LEAP best dressed in their first appearence! We all agreed that we had the best time at a disc golf tournament ever...even BEFORE we realized we got out of our pool. Everything from that point on was a bonus.

We wont sneak up on anyone next year...we'll be back!
