2010 Yetter - September 10, 11, 12
3 days for PROs (first qualifier tournament for the 2011 Vibram Open!!)
2 days for AMs

Pros will play 1 round of ALL 27 holes in C PINS on Friday.
All players will play 1-36 (27 Tyler holes plus 9 tourney only holes) on Saturday & Sunday. Saturday will be C pins again and then Sunday will be shortened layout for all players.
All info can be found below.

Personally, I will be volunteering on Friday as a spotter or something and then playing the weekend as an AM - hope to see you there!

The temporary field holes are cut and flagged for tee and pin locations. The permanent baskets are all in C (except maybe hole 5). The course is ready for practise. Enjoy!

Seriously? The new Resident Evil movie starts on the 10th. I'll have to skip the Yetter again.

you would pass up an amazing course and event to see something you can see any day over the following 3 weeks after?
Not to mention that you can see the movie at the nearby Oxford Valley Mall on Friday night after you are done with your round (if you are playing pro)

hope you reconsider!

The young lady who invited me lives here in Richmond.

And yes, I really like Tyler State Park.

being a local, not too sure about hotels, but a quick google search brought back these suggestions:

Brick Hotel
www.brickhotel.com - (215) 860-8313

Hampton Inn & Suites Newtown
www.hamptoninn.com - (215) 860-1700

Homewood Suites
www.newtown.homewoodsuites.com - (215) 860-5080

Buck Hotel
www.thebuckhotel.com - (215) 396-2002

and a local club member said, "There is a new Holiday Inn Express in Warminster. I think it's only a few miles to the course. It's a new facility and looks like a nice place." but I googled it and did not see it listed, so it must be brand new....

Good luck and see you at the event!

Eric

With nearly 80 players from PA, MI, NJ, NV, TN, ME, IN, NY, VA, MO, IL, DE, TX & MD joining us this weekend at Tyler State Park, now is the time to get your pre-reg in - there is still room for you to join us!

We close up shop on pre-reg at 8pm tonight, so if you want to avoid the hassle of registering the morning of and instead get a little extra practice in on a few of the 36 amazing holes at Tyler, get yours in now!

Hope to see you this weekend for disc golf that promises to test every players game

There are some higher scores there. Sounds like a good challenge. I like hard courses and I like challenges and I am only getting older.

If you have never played the Yetter before, put it on your calendar next year (weekend after Labor Day) as it will test every aspect of your disc golf game! Woods, fields, elevation change, OB, mental and physical!

This year the Bucks County Disc Golf Alliance paid out over $14,500 to the pro fields with the winner of the Open Division, Nikko Locastro, earning $2,502 for his efforts in destroying the very difficult 36 hole layout at Tyler State Park!

Thank you to everyone who made it a great weekend and like I said, be sure to put this on your calendar next year, Tyler will only be BETTER by then!
