Also of note for players that are participating in the Field events Saturday evening we have arranged to have pizza for players so that you will not need to leave the course for dinner and can eat there. There is no additional cost to the player for this.

sweet, thanks mike. are we going to be pushed for time again this year or will they leave the lights on longer if needed?

Nate,

We have arranged for the lights to be on until 11:00 pm this year.

We are hoping that by having dinner and having the lights on until 11:00 we should have plenty of time.

If you are planning to play field events you need to sign up by midnight tonight so that we can get everything ready to track how well you did at the field events.

We will not be taking registration on Saturday for the field events unless you only want to participate in a single event.

If you only want to play the golf on Sunday you can sign up Sunday morning by 8:30 am.

I'm still undecided if I want to attend the field events on Saturday. I signed up for the event already. Do I need to let you know if I want to do them or not ? or will I have a slot either way.....

You are good either way.

If you want to play golf only you can sign up anytime before 8:30 am on Sunday.

If you want to do field events and golf you should call me as soon as possible as I am preparing the "paperwork" now for those that are registered so we can record your results for the field events.

If you are already signed up you are not "required" to play the field events but they are a lot of fun so you should at least come out and give them a try.

If there are other questions feel free to call me.
