The 1st Annual Wilco Fall ClassicSeptember 12th, 2010 in Leander Texas
This is a PDGA sanctioned B-Tier event
$$$ 500 added cash to the pro divisions $$$

Check in at Tournament Headquarters no later that 8am on Sunday September 12th. Players meeting will start at 8:30 and we will have a shotgun start at 9:00. You will have a 1 hour break for lunch after the last card is turned in. After the second round we will have a CTP, if no one hits an ace, ring of fire, and the awards ceremony.
Players packs for all divisions to include 4 The Chains Disc Golf water bottle, Mini, and a tournament stamp disc. CTP for every card both rounds. Trophies will be awarded to 1st place in all divisions.

SPECIFICS:
- Date: Sunday, September 12th, 2010
- Registration: Before 8:00 AM Sunday
- Mandatory Player's Meeting: 8:30 AM
- First Round: 9:00 AM Shotgun Start Tee-off
- Lunch 1 hour after the final 1st round score card is turned in

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:
- $4 Club/Course Fee
- $3 PDGA Fee
- $1 Williamson County Parks Fee

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- There must be at least 3 players entered to support a division.
- The 1st Annual Wilco Fall Classic is a sanctioned B-Tier event
- Non current PDGA members must pay a $10.00 non member fee (excluding those in Junior divisions)

Registration - On-line registration ends Friday, September 10th � Register Sunday morning by 8am if there are spots still available and you missed on-line registration.

Mail-in registrations must be received by Friday September 10th. 2010

Really? It is only 10 dollars more. It is a B-tier with a players pack valued over 20 dollars for all divisions. $500 added cash for pro payouts and ctp's on every card both rounds plus ring of fire. Anyone who plays our events knows that you get way more than most tourneys. I guess if the 10 dollars is too much for you then maybe we will catch you at the next C-tier.

Kevin we've been telling everyone to play our B-tier at Shawshank in Huntsville on saturday, and then hit up Wilco on Sunday.
Matt Hall would like someone to play with. He thinks that no one's willing to challenge him for the added cash.
Masters and GM's come play the course before the tourning MPM's for US Masters next year.

MKMatt you should convince The other Gold's to head down. We have a plenty big enough couch or blow up mattress for you guys. There is a bed, but you'd have to fight Worm.

This event is filling fast. Please pre register to guarantee your spot. We will be starting a waiting list once all the spots are filled. There are spots reserved for MPO that, if not used by mpo, will be open to amateurs on the waiting list.

Players packs are going to all divisions, even the pros. If you pre-reg you will have a choice on your players pack. You can get a tourney stamped disc and a water bottle, or a dry-fit shirt. This choice will be for players that pre-reg. If you do not pre-reg you will get the disc and waterbottle. We are about half way full right now so don't delay. two questions for you guys:
1. what kind of discs are the player packs coming with

2. are ya'll worried about Wilco shutting the tourney down because of all the rain the past 2 days?

The players pack will be your choice of; Katana, Boss, Destroyer, or Wraith all in pro plastic. We have a contract with the park for Sunday so we will be playing regardless. The weather will dry it out before Sunday anyway so there is nothing to worry about. We have tons of plastic for this event, not just tourney stamps, but that us what you will get for players packs and ctp.

what's the word on adding holes to make it 20 or 21?

Prob not going to add any holes. We might add a ghost card at #11 if we have to. There is not a good spot for adding a hole out there. We thought about it, but I think it will be hard to find a suitable spot for added holes.

We were really hoping to get tiff out there... i have obligations at church sunday night, but she could come play if we could find her a ride back. Any thoughts? I volunteered to drive out pick her up and come back, but that puts us home after midnight.

This just in! Double R Disc Golf has donated a free entry to Outlaws this year. It will be raffled off in the EDGE charity raffle. This is a great prize to one of the best two day events in central TX.

Thanks to all that came out and made this a success today! We had a great turnout and awesome weather. We raised $400 dollars for EDGE today with the charity raffle. All in all it was a good day! I hope everyone had a great time, and we look forward to seeing you out in Burnet for the Hamilton Creek Open II in October.
