If I am reading a post and I click on the member's name in the top left corner, nothing happens. When I try, the name is underlined but I can't contact people or send a private message. Is this normal?

Stretch your page window wider. I have the same problem sometimes where the popup menu is "hidden" outside the frame of the browser window.

I usually just right click and open in a new tab to get that info.
