I'm just curious about # of rounds... is anyone playing... etc.

How is it PDGA sanctioned if there is no payout? What is the charity?

Jesse McBroom, who works for the charity involved, (Health Services of North Texas) is a PDGA member who got himself certified [but not authorized :) ] as an Official, so he could be the TD for the event.

You can call him at the phone number on the flyer, or email him, by click the event link provided above, and then either clicking on his name, or clicking on the "PDGA Online Registration" link, which will bring take you to a page that shows his email address.

it's an XC event, allowing for the change in payout structure.
