Haven't seen boo about this event. There's a flyer up on the RADL site - sent my entry last week. Any chance of getting a pre-reg list posted?

I wonder if the locals know that registration closes today? I hope there is a good bump on registration for this event - hard to believe with all the talent there is in NC, that a long standing Pro event can only get 30 players.

How come Craig (I'll NEVER play Masters in my life) Gangloff has the same score as the Open leader in a PRO only Event while playing in Masters?
I hope he turns down the cash that he wins if he wins more than someone in Open does with the same score. :) :)

Bottom line Keith - nobody cares - and nothing I do or say is going to change the system. I would have preferred to make it to the age of 50 before playing MPM - oh well - didn't quite make it.
Thanks to RADL and Kirk and Jennifer Yoo for an awesome weekend, weather was beautiful, and it was great to get a chance to hang out with good friends in North Cackalacky :)

I may have been one of those people who mocks Craig about his statements in the past about Masters because some comments were aimed at me.
Here is my official statement.
Congratulations Craig. I hope I get to play with you soon. I'm already enjoying playing events with other Maryland players who I played open with in the past. Keep up the good work.

Correction: The Seneca Creek Soiree is something you do which does change the game for mid-Atlantic regional players.....albeit one sanctioned event at a time. Judging by history, your player rating based format for the Soiree has proven successful. I've heard other folks contemplate similar tournament structure based on player ratings instead of the traditional age-based divisions. Keep doing what your doing.
Congratulations on you MPM win, Craig; however, I do hope you decide to play open for the Pittsburgh Flying Disc Open on August 7-8. ;)

Congrats on the victory, Craigger. How can you live with yourself, though, knowing that you are now part of both the problem and the solution?:D

That somehow seems both appealing and appropriate for me Ray ;)

I hope you know I was just giving you a hard time based on years of reading your posts on the subject - I'm not against you doing it . :)
Congrats on your win and I'm glad now that i'm an "older old guy" that I can still hide from you at Events. :)
I also agreee with the statement by Jerry in that you do try things and experiment and go against the norm or status quo - because it does insipre others to try things out and eventually one day the arguement won't be why not? - it will be why hasn't it been like this before.
See you at the Grange if you don't play at the US Masters at the end of this month.
