this sounds like alot of fun. Any excuse to throw a disc off the patio of a building is a good one. Looks like i may be making a pre-Alma trip to the Natural State.

He might start the ride down there but you only need to count on myself showing up.

Hey Wise, Have you played this course before ??? Might be interested in getting my 50 Back !!! I'm hoping not since it is a temp course. Seems fair if neither of us have played here yet.

FYI, there is an overflow C tier in Emporia now, so you don't have to lower yourself and attend chandler.

There you go Hinds. You can ride with Wise and Treat and save money. Make sure you check it out first because it is April fools day and this might be a ploy to get you up there to be Dave's caddie.:)

2010 Glass Blown Open A-Tier: Fills at 270 players!

Want to be part of the Glass Blown Open, but didn't get in. Here is your chance. Dynamic Discs will be hosting a 1 day C-tier at the Emporia Middle School. The normal, short and easy course, will be adjusted to give even the best pros a challenge. The tourney layout will include an elevated basket, island greens, a clowns mouth, and several OB lined fairways.

The event should play much faster then the Glass Blown Open, giving everyone the opportunity to watch some of the top players in the world finish their round at Jones Park. Dynamic Discs also invites you to take part in all the extra things that are going to make the GBO the best tourney in the Midwest. After you are finished at the middle school, head over to Jones park and try to qualify for the putting finals or the long drive championships and don't forget to join everyone at Desperado's for the player party.

If I go to Emporia, it would be to help Bobby film, seeing as I told him I might be up for that. I think it would almost be as much fun to play or Not play Chandlerstock and bug FURDOG regardless. JCREW and I already talked about going up there and picking out our PRIME camping spot.

But that is really cool of DD to open up another partial tournament for the rest of the misfits who didn't get signed in. Haven't ever heard of anybody doing anything like that at big event.

Hinds, quit over working your man hole and just start counting your money. How about we add $10 per stroke to the $50?

His idea not mine. I guess because I told him it doesn't matter to me what course I take his money on. For some reason he thinks he stands a beeter chance because nieth of us have seen the course. What ever........$50 more bones in my pocket.

Others that owe me for their poor past performances:

Kyle razmus - $20
Patton - $40

Hey Hutch, wouldn't let me send a pm to you - Eric Bailey is the TD and he said: sure bring the basket just in case, he's right at 18, better safe than sorry

for anybody else wondering: looks like lunch will be available - ordering pizza in (Ella's Restaurant got slammed with a big event)

any other questions, Eric's # is 479-263-0304, he probably don't get on the boards often

Great Tournament, I had alot of fun with the groups I played with and I didn't Lose 50$ to Wise. That in itself felt like a small victory. I think it was harder to play on oppisite cards as it would have been to play on the same card. Next year more Okies need come play this temp/ heavy OB setup. The Scenic Drive on HWY 16 was worth the trip alone. Great event !

The bigger statement is, you DIDN'T win $50 from Wise.

This was a great course layout. Beautifull, scenic, lots of fun. The Tulsa crew definately needs to head over for this track. Nothing but fun, with a lot of tough sidwalk OB.
