I have a question regarding the order of play for the three courses.
My son John will be playing <16 JR. I normally would play advanced masters or advanced grandmasters.
Will we be on the same courses at the same time?
I need to figure that out to find out what devision I should play in, or, figure out how I am going to get my son to different courses, which may be a problem since we are coming in from the Joplin area.

I am not running the event, but I know that there is a few issues with the schedule being looked at, and probably will not know that exact scenario until closer to the date.

I would do my best to plan as if you would not be playing together so that you have all the ducks in a row, or call Rick to find out what he is currently thinking!
