Comment: Weather looks great for this weekend and the course is in tremendous shape. High of 52 & sunny.

Question: How far do people typically toss the basket? Is it a metal basket or one of those cloth ones. I'd like to practice in my back yard this week so I know what I'm dealing with.

Great day had by all. We are super appreciative of your support for another great Ice Bowl in Live Oak, thanks for coming out.:D

Kan Jam and Dodgebee were huge hits as well as the mini disc course getting a lot of use in the afternoon.

We also all did a lot of good for our area youth, schools, wounded warriors, folks in need, local club and one crotchety dude with no lack of zest for life;)

Together, the Live Oak Ice Bowl raised $2,000 this year!

$1,200 to the Educational Disc Golf Experience
150 lbs of food and $200 to the Greater Randolph Area Services Program
$300 to the Live Oak Disc Golf Alliance
$100 to Operation Home Front
$150 to Rick Gaskill's recovery
