none of the above.

One round non PDGA Sanctioned Ice Bowl. Just Sanctioned as an Offical Ice Bowl. With Games after the round.

Reasons. Sancationed Ice Bowls tend to be rating Killers. To cold to play at your best.

XC Doubles is bring your own Partner. I know I team that I can sponsor that would have a real good chance of taking the win.

For an Ice Bowl I think just one round at Fox Chase. Have a Throw off for a basket, Distance, Etc...

You still haven't called me about the slides?

Saturday, February 6, 2010 is the date for the inaugural Ice Bowl at Fox Chase in Albemarle, NC.

This will be a PDGA C tier. We are raising money for a homeless shelter in Albemarle, and have been approved for a charitable endowment by the PDGA. As a result, a PDGA membership is not required and the $10 non-PDGA member fee will be waived (although we encourage all non-members to join; we can assist you in doing so at the registration).

The format will be two rounds from the white tees for all divisions.

Trophy discs will be offered to winners of the Open, Advanced and Intermediate divisions. All other divisions that have at least three registered players may be offered as well, but trophies will only be available for the three divisions mentioned earlier. Because this is a fund-raiser for charity there will be no payouts other than the trophy discs for the three division winners.

A players pack will be provided to the first 25 registered members, regardless of division.

We will have a CTP contest during lunch for a shot at a 2010 Ice Bowl Inn-Color disc. Players will be able to have one shot for each three cans of food or $3. Multiple shots are allowed and encouraged. In addition, we will have CTP prizes for most, if not all holes for at least one round.

We will be offering a free lunch of chili (bring your own drinks however).

The cost is $20 per player.

Come out and join us for this fund-raiser and have a great time playing this awesome course!

A flyer will be forthcoming in the next few days. Look for it!! Registrations can be made online beginning January 1st. Registrations will also be accepted until 9:00 on the day of the event.

Registration will be from 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Players meeting to follow at 9:15 am and first round to begin at 9:30 am. Second round after lunch.
