Just a little FYI El Reno just got their baskets installed last week. It is a great course and if you are down here in OKC you should take the 20min drive west on I-40 and check out Adams Park.

Off the subject but there is a great disc article in the Daily Oklahoman today, featuring Mr. Twisted himself.

Played the new elReno course last monday and it is in really good shape. All of the tee pads are natural mowed short grass dirt combos except for #1 and #9. The guys that put the course in put in steping stones between 15 and 16 so you don't have to walk all the way back towards #1 to cross on the bridge. I love it, it is only about 15 mins from my front door to #1. oh, and one more thing the elReno club is going to be having a 2 round mini on Dec 12th.

Ok, nevermind I had the info in my truck. Now that I am looking at the flyer it looks like they are putting all of the players into one group and not paying out to pro and am's separately. BTW I am not the person that is running this event I am just a person that was out playing and someone gave me a flyer. "Enjoy"

sounds cool, i was supposed to be in OKC all week for work, but we finished early. I think I may still drive out there though, I'd like to check out this new course.

yeah dave, i think piney would be fun, definitely... I used all my energy/resources travelling to wimberly 3 weeks ago for texas teams. those courses were great to play. i wont be hitting up any bigger tourneys until the glass blown probably. I think with devan, coda, josh, and adam .. T-town will have enough presence at big events!

This week 5ft X 12ft Teepads were installed on the back 9 by the City Workers at the Sooner Park Course.
Teesign Poles were planted by Jerry Stapleton and signs will be finalized and up soon.
Hole #18 has a bronze plaque that is just for Jerry.
It says Spearheaded by Jerry Stapleton
Well Deserved.

Just remember while there is construction:
Hole #2 basket is gone.
Hole #3 teepad is gone.
They are making good progress on their flood control project,
and look to have the park in good shape for the mid May B'ville Lions tourney.
I get the priviledge of being the TD of their 1st event.
If you are in Bartlesville Check it out.
Rember for now the painted spokes point to the next basket starting with #10.
Merry Christmas All
D.P. :)
