I'd like to invite all interested parties to come to ATLANTA, GA on the way to the USDGC, to come and pick up some spending cash before heading on the short 4 &1/2 hour trip to Rock Hill. The Event will be 1 round a day with tee times, and your tee times will stay in the same time block all 3 days with the Open Men teeing last all 3 days.
First place OPEN will be a guaranteed $2000, and the host hotel is only 15 minutes from the course.

Other amenties planned are shuttles that will run every 1/2 hour from the hotel to the course if you don't wish to drive, a players party and Fly Mart FRIDAY night, and other goodies that will be announced during the coming months.

Even though this is almost 11 months away, there is a 180 person limit and it is the Georgia's Super Six Series Finale, so please don't get left out.

There are special prizes for the first signup as well as other special number signups throughout the countdown.

Those of you across the country that have played my Events in the past know the great payouts and quality events I have hosted, and I promise you will NOT be disappointed if you make your plans to visit.

You may sign up here: http://www.pdgasignup.com/Qstore/Qstore.cgi?CMD=011&PROD=1256866840

With the A-tier in Augusta the week before and the Charlotte Doubles Event the week after and then the USDGC, there are FOUR quality Tournaments in a row within 5 hours of each other.
Please plan to spend your 4 weeks of Disc Golf heaven in the south next fall, and you won't be sorry you did!

The link to book your hotel rooms for Georgia's Super Six Series Finale 3 day PDGA Sanctioned A-Tier Extravaganza on September 24-26th, 2010 is below:

http://hiltongardeninn.hilton.com/en/gi/groups/personalized/ATLALGI-GS2748-20100923/index.jhtml

You can find out all the information and book your reservations online in less than 2 minutes. You do NOT need to enter any credit card information unless you wish to check-in after 4PM - then you need to enter it to guarantee your room is held for late check-in. So you can book early and book often!
You can get these rates during ANY of the days listed in blue on the Hilton page - you can stay for the night after the Fly Mart Friday night, or Players party Saturday night and wake up refreshed for the next days round on the comfortable adjustable beds found in EVERY room.

If you wish to book the 2 room suites, just click on the Book a Room button, pick your date(s) and preferences, click continue, then click on the $89.00 button, click continue and you are good to go!
As of now there are only 6 left of the original 10 held. There are 4 per floor and 16 overall at the hotel - if there is sufficient interest, I could see if they would release the others.

With 1 round per day using Tee Times you will also have plenty of time to enjoy all the amenties this hotel offers when not on the course.

More confirmations and high percentage probabilities from several more players at the Vibram Open, as well as several phone calls from interested parties.

Come be a part of the biggest 3&1/2 weeks in Disc Golf with 3 A-Tiers and the USDGC in less than a 5 hour drive from each other! This will also be the last chance to play Central Park as it stands now as the course will be changed to remove 3 holes (1, 17, 18) - this is being delayed until the Event is over to give everyone one last chance to play the Supersized par 61 layout.

PLEASE book your rooms as soon as you possibly can as if something happens and you can't make it it is easier to cancel than to get shut out of staying at those great rates by waiting to the last minute to book.

If you show up I'll make it worth your while to have come here to play!
Free HOT breakfasts everyday, Players party, Fly mart, various contests at the Hotel as well as welcome goodie bags from the Alpharetta Visitors and Convention Bureau will also make the visit worthwhile.

On a side note - with Rand Eberhard bringing all of the best from around the country here for the last few years with the Atlanta Open and now with this Event bringing everyone back to the area - the Visitors and Convention Bureau has partnered with the local club and the parks department at Wills Park to supply new baskets. The Boy Scouts and club are working together to put concrete tee pads in conjunction with the new course redesign to bring Wills Park to the next level - and by eliminating the conflicts with the pedestrain trail that was put through the course, the park will be hosting Events next year for the first time in the last 7 years - and it is partially due to the players that have shown support to Rand and myself playing in our Events over the years - and to that I say THANK YOU!
Wills Park was the home starting point for a few World Champions (Cam Todd, Phil Arthur, Brad Hammock) as well as other top players from the Atlanta regional area, and it will be nice to see some future ones get started there one day.

I hope to see everyone soon,
Keith

Welcome competitor,

You are receiving this E-mail as you are entered or said you would be participating in the Event when I had personally spoken with you sometime earlier this year. I'm looking forward to seeing you in the Event next weekend. Information about the Event follows:

If you have "said you would appear" at the Event, but have not signed up online to secure your spot, please do so before WED 9/22/10 here:

http://www.pdgasignup.com/Qstore/Qstore.cgi?CMD=011&PROD=1256866840

The host hotel - the Hilton Garden Inn with special rates and amenities for all competitors can be can be booked directly here:

http://hiltongardeninn.hilton.com/en/gi/hotels/index.jhtml?ctyhocn=ATLALGI

The players meeting will be held Thursday night at 7:00 PM at the host hotel - follow signs there when coming into the lobby for location.

The following info and general tee time blocks are based of of predicted numbers of players - but are subject to change if the field isn't full to 12 minutes gaps instead of 10 or utilizing a later start or combination of both of those.

Tee times will be will be something like (with 10 minute gap) REC 7:40-8:00 - INT 8:10-9:00 these divisions are playing SAT AND SUN ONLY.

For FRIDAY - start times will be something like ADV MASTERS 9:10-9:30 - ADV 9:40-10:30 - with pros starting around 11AM and so on. I will be posting info on PDGA.com, and at the Host hotel and will Email you again on WED night with tee times after the Event signup closes and I know how many are really in. - I've scheduled a players meeting on THURS night at 7PM at the Host Hotel - but I know that not 100% of people will show - so hopefully you will call my cell at 305-720-8422 if you can't make the meeting or check the PDGA website or Host Hotel locations for info - this is how it has been all across the country for FRI/SAT/SUN Events - it is on the players to make sure to check for where and when they are supposed to be.

With no REC or INT players on Friday no one should have any issues on being late as traffic all heads AWAY from the course from the host hotel on FRIDAY - locals will have to give themselves enough time to account for traffic - You can't use SAT morning drive times for the FRI Round as the traffic is totally different - that's another great reason to stay at the Host Hotel.

Sincerely,
Keith Johnson
