Any player wearing a costume will receive one free mullie and there will be a costume contest.

The team to beat this year will be team "WisenStacyFurButt".

Sorry Hinds but the other members on your team still have issues with you so I put your name at the end just in case we decide to dump you.

Wise threatened to quit if you're on the team but for now I have convinced him to give you a second chance.

Consider yourself on "Bad Moose Probation" and don't do or say anything stupid within the next 28 days or you're out.

And if Wise happens to recruit Coda "Bear" or even Shana, then that's a no-brainer.

In addition to that, I expect my appearance fee to be paid in full before my first shot.

No problem.

I got Hinds working "fluffer" duty at Turkey mountain and the men's bathroom at Riverside for $1 a "fluff" all month long to cover that.

You don't have to give me all of his earnings, just be sure to leave him enough to eat on.:eek::D

I thought we settled that last year?....it was Zooc and Wagle that called dollar first...Dave asked if anyone else wanted any action...and all I said was I'll takes some of that action....hence Dave missed the putt...and to tell you the truth I'm not sure if I even got my dollar - don't remember - don't care...now the history of the "Dollar" remark is again explained....and if anyone in Tulsa has called "Dollar" before a putt, Wise has called it 3 times to anyone else who calls "Dollar".
And think about this...if someone on that card had made the putt off of Wise's drive Zooc / Wagle would never had a chance to put up the "Dollar" challenge.

IMO teams should be decided on a general random draw anyway but we probably pull in more teams this way.

It's my course and I will be determine the playoff holes if required but I can tell you right now with our -19 after the first round, there will be no need for playoff this year.

You've already screwed over all of your team mates in one way or another over the past year.

First it was the infamous foot fault at CS25 and lately the All CTP callout.

Then you had to start some dog fight out at Hunter and I don't know what you did to Wise but he's has issues with you also.

Until further notice or a public pardon from your team mates, you are still "The Butt" of team "WisenStacyFurButt" so deal with it. :D

I didn't screw U over, There were no complaints filed to Jerry or by anyone cuz the dude knew I was in the right. And I like Wise, im just not cool enough for him i guess. You just worry about puttin lil buddy, I'll do the same. We are going to have to take up slack for Jerry if his back isn't better by then.

I could have asked some of the young guns like Taylor, Harrison, or Cook, but I chose you guys so we could have another shot at a title. I liked the way our team worked last year so lets just do it again minus the final hole. No need to degrade your own teamate. I chose a team name that was unbias and probably true. Well out of the four of us last year the only one that had arm enough to give us a putt during the playoff was Wise and I don't want to scare him off so I'll leave it to him to decide.

He is also a "Bougher Cooler" in the sense that he ne-gates or cancels out the negative vibes put out by the donkey.

We need an ace to take it away from everyone else and keep it out of the playoffs because last year we all looked like a bunch of baby possums clinging to Wise's back during the playoffs. :(

See what happens to a team that did not win....expections were high....they were clutch with the -18....but so were 6 other teams....but only one team could hold the title....never have i heard such public display of dis-respect from team mates....

I have always called you dollar dan, just like dollar Duff. Only because of your reputation preceding you did you earn that name. I remember all of us doing well at some pont in our round. I think it was only one hole in the playoff that we really relied on Wise ( I had early tree on 2) Even then we didnt make the putt.

Alas, this is a new year therefore their WILL be a new champion crowned. I am shooting an average of 12-13 down out their now so bring your A game trees and bees.

lets see...if I can remember correctly...we played from near hole ones tee pad to hole two's basket...my drive was ctp...Wise's drive was next to closest...everyone on team "Ride a Wise back" missed the putt...although there was the infamous "Dollar" call....and with the last one to putt on my team I made the putt....the next hole was from hole three's tee pad to hole four's basket....again we played from my drive and yes we played from Wayne's up shot from the Ram that weaved through the trees and past the basket....and if I am not mistaken we were the only team that made it past the trees with a shot....I'm pretty sure it wasn't a roller....and I do believe that it was Wayne that may have made the putt....for the win...the trophies...the pictures in the paper...the news paper article....and all the fame and glory we as a "Team" have been able to gloat on all year....to be real about it though, we all played well and had a great time and for sure would like to compete to repeat the title....good luck to all teams and I hope we can make some more memories for the next years event like we have from the past years event...

Naming your son "Dovillio" is just as bad as naming him "Sue". He'll never make the big leagues now. The best he can probably hope for is to follow in your footsteps and get a job mowing the grass and cleaning toliets at Mayor Taylor's new ballpark downtown.

I would think you might want to be saving those "dollars" also because according to the what I hear from the county guys, your city park jobs are being re-structured and in some cases eliminated to pay for the million + lost by the city for not being able to lease the extra space at the new city hall building. :(

… big Dan’s got it right there … and it was Total Team effort and Win … it was his tee-drive that had us ‘looking’ at deuce on the first Playoff hole … and THEN … it came down to him being our last putt-attempt … Ching ! … and onto that second hole (3-tee to 4-basket) , it was the RAM-filter that got us to the Green … I didn’t can the final-putt though (still too jazzed-up I think) … that was Belty … then again , it had been Bougher’s drive back during the regular-round that got us our-needed-bird on Hole 3 … and Barr was there throughout … much like the first annual Event where his Ace carried his Team to a 19-under Win … his shots were “steady jack-eddie” for the Team all day … (but … the first time he was drunk) …

Finally, Sunday November 1st it's the TDSA Picnic & Elections. Special low entry prices!!!! Free hot dogs and good eats!!! Special Furdog bag tags challenges!!!

Does everyone have their United Way team together?

Judging from the play I saw of some individuals this weekend I'm thinking some of the players of the teams I know of might need to go on the waivers list. :D

It looks like "3 B's and Trees" might escape into the playoffs thanks to the fact that there is no water at Chandler for Donkey Bougher to roll into but then again he did facemask the next putt.

From what I saw of Hinds, at times he was off the team and then on the team.

I think Wise petered out also but that may have something to do with his waterboy duties at Centennial.

At least Jerry Stacey made a respectable showing though. :)

Still, ......look for team "WisenStacyFurHinds" to bring home the glory this weekend. :D


Oh and on a side note, the rumours of Coda and Devon being on the same team have proved false so everyone can relax now.

Also, Zooc, "dollar calls" have been banned but "courtesy calls" are now legal. :)

I wish that those two could get it together....its good to have a couple of good players go at it on the course and leave the personal stuff out of it....i admire both of them and their game....the personal stuff needs to be settled and then let the talent show who has the better game and then both will get the respect they deserve.

yeah I know did pretty lousy this weekend. I'd love to say I was saving it for saturday but that just wouldn't be the truth. I was truly humbled this weekend and decided maybe it's time for me to just shut up and play.

With that being said. I have been waiting on revenge for a year at the UW way event. I think team play brings out the best in everyone. I will not be accepting or offering any dollar bets so talk all you want trees and bees.

My future teamates did well this weekend. Congrads to Jerry for a strong showing and my lodge teamates Harrison, Minshall tore it up as well.

Skinner, one round only of Bear's Liar. Tee at 10am. There are normally several teams that finish -18 so unless someone aces and gets a -19 or better, there will be a playoff of safari golf on Moose to declare the winner after lunch which is included in your entry.

Tonight it's "Nite of the Killer Moose" with Nite Flights with the Wayne'ster. Be prepared to see dead people.

Don't forget, all players that play the first round in costume tomorrow will receive one free mulligan. Costume should be a real costume and not just face paint. Obviously you want to wear something comfortable that won't effect you throwing arm.

There will also be a costume contest with 1st, 2nd, & 3rd prizes given away.

( just so you don't have a 2-hour primary-round followed-by a 3-hour playoff-round )

Now that was as fun as can be....great day of golf....i personally only putted 3 times....thanks to my great partners belty, bar and the man on the beer chris hicks who had a great shot spit on hole 15....we all had great shots on hole one and that basket should have fell over after being hit 3 times on the pole....i think that personally that charles smith and family should get some props for being in the mix for so long...his boys can really play, they almost ended it on the second playoff hole....
I'm also glad to see that the money to the united way increased by about 25% from last year with the same amount of teams playing.

Thanks to all the United Way staff. It was a great day to be throwing discs in a park with good friends. Thanks to all my teammates for a good win. I thought that playoff round would never end. All in All it was a good time!

OK Donkey, I hate to burst your bubble but this victory will yet again go down into the Furdog mountain history books with an asteric. As Wayne stated, this was not "Three B's and the Tree". It was "Three Bozo's and a Hicks".

The last minute switch from "The Tree" to an obvious pumped up on steriods Hicks is currently under instant replay review.

Needless to say though this was not a repeat.

And the whole "ZooKeeper" deal was nothing but what one would expect to see from Acorn representative looking for a Government handout.

Maybe next year we should have a separate division just for AARP members. :confused:
