Does anyone know anything about the "City of Lawton B tier", or the "Stillwater open"? I am seeing some hints of these two events coming up but they are no flyers that I have found. Hopefully someone that can point me in the right direction.:)

What day in November Treat? The Lawton event was requested by Tom Lowry of the JDGF. His number is online, ring him up. There is also the Jeremy Martin memorial event on September 27, The zone vs. gator on Saturday AM and Saturday evening doubles (1 round) at DOLESE... right up the road from ya'.

Ok, so this is what I found out. I talk to Tom Lowry and he had someone ask him to set up a event in Lawton so he did. Since then the guy has disapeared off the face of the earth. Tom put a call into park and rec this morning to try to findout more. He is going to call me back if he findout anything. But it looks like there hasn't been anything done with the event, so more than likely it will not be going down this weekend.

That is most unfortunate. Hopefully Tom will update us. I was assured this event would go off after last years events being unfulfilled. Oh well...

Her is the latest greatest most up to datest. Here and on TDSA site.

Navigate the last 4 months and that is what we have going. I guess the only limbo event is Lawton.

The Stillwater Classic, sponsored by Hideaway Pizza, will be a B-Tier on November 21st.

My oldest son Matt who lives in Stillwater has done a great job getting organized golf going again in Stillwater, in spite of resistance and no support from the city.

So far Hideaway has stepped up as the title sponsor with more to come.

The next day, Sunday November 22nd, he will run a non-sanctioned doubles event.

These two days should give everyone an opportunity to go play one of the best courses in the state in a variety of formats and sanctioning statuses.

More details to come..

I am wondering about the TYE F. CUNNINGHAM MEMORIAL. On the PDGA website, the event is a 2-day B tier. But on the Oklahoma disc golf schedule, it is a 1-day event.

Anyone know which is correct?

The State schedule and the PDGA show 2 day events. Make sure you click refresh and update the Yahoo browser to the changes that were updated about a month ago. I see you in that extra cash this year son! Plan on it!
