Here is a link to an article about last years event on 1000rated.com -
http://www.1000rated.com/2008/11/lake-reidsville-open/
We hope to have a bigger and better event this year. More infomation to come, we are still seeking hole/tourney sponsors for $25 a hole, so let me know if you would like one.
Some confirmed sponsors include www.ScientificDiscGolf.com, The 5Ls - top notch band out of Greensboro (http://www.myspace.com/thefivels), Reidsville Park and Recreation (they go all out for us), and the Lake Reidsville Disc Golf Club (made up of some of the nicest people around).
Please find the below Jpeg of the Tournament Flyer and let me know if you have any questions.
If you know someone that came last year, ask them about it!
Thanks!

Article that was in the Greensboro Paper today.

I will say, my opinions on the top courses in the state of NC are my own (it would be tough to rank a top 10). I have never seen a list of the top courses and am biased to courses in my area and would rather not discuss this on this thread. Just a good article and shows the course is getting some love.

I just wanted to thank all the players that were lucky enough to join us last weekend, all the hard work is well worth this tourney we are able to put on!
Here is a message from Dave Wert our Advanced Masters 2009 Champion, we welcome all feedback and would love to here your thoughts:
"Tyson,
I just wanted to thank you for an exceptionally well run tourneyment this weekend. You and your team were absolutely amazing! Food and beverages were provided, scores and round ratings were tallyed up and posted on location and on the web site quickly, round start times were established and strictly adhered to, there was no unnecessary waiting around, extra fun shootouts/events were provided, the winning trophies were unique and a labor of love, and the tourneyment cost and accomodations were superb.
Honestly, this was one of the (if not the) best run tourneyments that I have ever attended. Thanks again for a job exceptionally well done and for all of your dedication and hard work. You have much to be proud of, and you are very much appreciated! It just doesn't get any better than this!
All the best always to you.
Sincerely,
Dave Wert
Advanced Masters Division
PDGA #30993"
Thank you for your comments Dave and thanks again to all the sponsors!
Bigger and Better next year!
