i think it has something to do with the tourny sponser "Crow Creek Tavern"but i dont think anyone will mind if you only use a Cro:)

Also, in the very near future he will have disc for sale!!!!

I played a round earlier and the course is in great shape. They just mowed so everything looks nice..

I plan on a total redesign of Riverside with Dave Wise at my side.

I won't be happy until he can shoot 18 down..

Everybody thinks it is lefty friendly but apparently not..

Don't worry Dave, those DNF's are about to be a thing of the past..

Oh, I don't mind them. I take them by choice. I just choose to not putt out the last hole out there. No big deal, I was getting my arse kicked anyhow. Had fun, just played like FurDog. Thats my new word for Shiet!:D

Don't blame me. The fact is that you're getting your butt kicked on a "Pitch n' Putt" buddy. :)

With the redesign of Riverside you're the only one still maintaning a pitch-n-putt course buddy. I think the best score last weekend was a -12. Even Shanna can shoot that on your course. As for your other course, it was so well like that they felt the need to become a kama kazis and try to sink it.

Oh that's right. Real pros are shooting -10 or more at Riverside but that's not a "Pitch-n'-Putt"? I guess that means you're not a "real" pro but just a junior pro wanna-be?

Say what you will but unfortunately people are dying to get into my "Pitch-n'-Putt". Standingbear told me they had airplane parts all over Mooserun. :(

Like any other player, they didn't die to get in there, they died when they got there.

Yes, its in poor taste Paul, but how hard is it to avoid a tower on top of the tallest hill in the city?

What and Dave's Komi-Kazi reference was good?

Yeah well it's bad for the four people that trusted one guy that either didn't have his plane well maintained or didn't know what he was doing.

I understand there was a lot of fog but he never should have been that low in the first place.:(

The whole weekend was bad with the plane crash and then 3 people dying when a drunk driver drove them into a quarry.

I wonder if they all yelled YEEEEEEEEE-HAWWWWWWWWW like in the Dukes of Hazzard before they hit the bottom?

I wouldn't know, I've never flown a plane... but I would guess it would be hard to see a tower guard wire on a super foggy morning.

twoputtok
Sep 08 2009, 12:43 PM
If its that foggy, then maybe don't fly. Or at least make sure you miss the tallest target in the county. The circumstances point to pilot error.

I wonder if they all yelled YEEEEEEEEE-HAWWWWWWWWW like in the Dukes of Hazzard before they hit the bottom?

Well it's unfortunate and ironic all at the same time. If I was rich and owned a plane would you be willing to fly in the fog with me just so you could get to an OU football game or DG tournament faster?

It's all about free will but I'm sorry I wouldn't fly with any of you guys and if I did then I accept the risk that I might die just like I do when I'm in a car with some DG'er driving under the influence.

It's ironic that the guy was a preacher and his plane ends up on the east side of the mound where they used to do the Easter padgents. I imagine that mound by Moose # 1 will become a memorial now.

Standingbear said when the guide cable hit the ground it put about a six inch groove in the road.

Imagine if there had been a mini going on at the Moose. It's not something I would have wanted to see had it landed on a disc golfer or innocent bystander. :(

I left Chandler park sat morning around 10:40 or so saturday morning. I played Moose run, my car was parked where the plane landed. Talk about freaky.

If i werent getting ready for the crow throw and hadn't headed to the River immediately afterwards then I guess myself or my car could have been victims as well.

Makes you appreciate life. Last time the Micro-burst almost got me when I was alone up their.
