This is a PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier Event.

Late Registration from 7:15-8:15 A.M. Players meeting at 8:30 A.M. Two Rounds of 18 Holes. 1st Round Tee Off at 9:00 A.M. 2nd Round Tee Off one hour after last card from 1st Round is turned in. Awards Ceremony following 2nd Round/Raffle/Ring of Fire. Will also have online registration up on www.TitleDisc.com soon.

Add $10.00 if not a current PDGA Member.

This event will cap at 72 Players. Last year's BMO had 55 players and I am anticipating more this year.

We are also looking for sponsorships to make this event even better than last year. Please contact me if you can help. I'm gonna go ahead and donate some HomeBrew for the raffle (Dubbel Your Pleasure Brown Ale). I'm also experimenting with something that should taste similar to Bud Light Lime. It should be ready by then...if so...I'll throw some of that in to.

Just got confirmation that our favorite BBQ buddies Rack-em and Stack-em will be selling lunch at the course. They will probably be there for breakfast too. They are a BBQ Cooking Team and use the money from sales to help fund their trips to competitions. They make a mean Brisket.....VERY GOOD FOOD!!!;)

Innova has sent the San Antonio Disc Club 18 sets of new chains for McClain because the old ones were rusting. With all the rain we've been having lately the creek is full and the course will play tougher. New chains got installed today at the workday and the course looks awesome. Dried creek beds will be marked off with flags and spray paint for out of bounds. There is actually water in the creek on holes 16, 17 and 18. I can't wait....only 2 weeks away. Sign up now at www.TitleDisc.com

With this recent rain the course has re-greened and is playing really nice.

Forecast for the day of tournament looks sublime with highs in the 70's. My personal weather predictor indicates there may be main Friday (just a little bit) but there won't be rain all weekend.

That should result in the creek being full all weekend.

After the 5-6 inches we got Sunday morning on McClains side of town I am 100% sure there will be plenty of water in the creek. Like I said before....."bring your Golden Retreivers".:D

The course is looking really nice too with all this rain. The fairways are green and the creek is full of water! We got 6 inches at the course in 2 hours on Sunday.

I can't wait!... I hope that just my feet get wet and my discs stay dry. BTW, I have a ace for hole #6 just itching to leave my hand!

The course is looking good. It is actually drying up very well with the exception of one hole (#5). It is looking better but is still a little slippery. Freshly mowed grass. We have not had any rain this week and the sun has been out quite a bit. Looks like Friday is the best chance for rain at 50%. Don't bring your favorite shoes but DO bring some off. Mosquitos are out.:eek:

Saturday's weather should be mostly sunny with only a 10% chance of rain. Early tomorrow mornings forecast doesn't look good. I don't want to but I may have to take out Hole #5 and Hole #6 and put in two temp holes depending on Fridays weather. They (Meteorologists) could be wrong again....it was supposed to rain bad on Tuesday and it didn't. I'm hoping for the best.:) See everyone on Saturday.

We did get a lot of rain at McClain this morning but lots of that water drained out during the time I was at the park. There are going to be some wet and slick spots on some of the holes and we will not be playing Holes 5 and 6. We will have temp holes in the beltway. I hope a little more water drains tonight and with tomorrows weather forecast course conditions should improve and just maybe we will be able to play 5 and 6 the second round. See everyone tomorrow. I would bring a change of socks and shoes. Dry feet are awesome!!!;) It's supposed to be chilly in the morning too around 55 degrees and warm up to 75 degrees.

Thanks to Orlando and SADC, for another fun and well run tournament. Not to mention the weather was great.

I can't wait until BMO3. Hopefully the course will be in better condition next year and we'll get to play all of the original holes.

I just want to thank all the 61 players that played the 2nd Annual BMO. The course was not in it's best shape with the rain we had on Friday morning. We did not play Holes #2, 3, 5, and 6....that's a bummer because all those are GREAT holes but we had to do what we had to do. I had a good time running this event and can't wait for next years. We almost filled this event and were only 11 players away from doing so. Seems like everyone had a good time and hope to see you all next year. I'll have plenty of HomeBrew to give away instead of just 1 quart next time.:D The results are posted below but the ratings will likely change after they become official. Please let me know if you see any mistakes......I'm only human.

Congrats on the two Aces by Dustin Urbanovsky (Hole #3A) and Robert Britt (Hole #16). Just going off memory...correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm glad you all didn't have to play today....the weather is nasty. It's windy, raining and cold. It's a LOT worse than just muddy.
